Missing credits and free exp on test server

Ectar: Greetings,   We have been receiving reports regarding an issue with some players who are unable to use their free exp and credits on the 8.10 test server. Sadly due to technical limitations this issue will not be resolved before the end of the 8.10 test.   We would like to apologize to all players affected by this and we will take steps to make sure this issue doesn't happen again in a future test.   Regards
