Tanitha: If the last tank is killed, or the last 2 tanks are killed, or the
last 3 tanks are killed (whatever) then the killers/shooters gets
decent exp, and everyone on the team gets a little bit. (BUT...
some team mates might die in that battle, damage will be done
costing repairs, ammo costs etc)
What the rule you quoted means is you don't get any BONUS exp for killing the whole team, you will get paid for killing 15 with no +50% bonus or any other "bonus", which obviously is more than only killing 12. So if you have killed 12, then killing the whole team, pays everyone for 3 more tanks, No bonus, just normal pay.
If its capped instead, then only the people capping will get a little exp. not the whole team...
The point being that kill all, or cap, whatever, its only a small difference. Nothing to whine and cry and team kill about, like some people do.. The quicker the game is over, the more EXP per MINUTES played you earn, so you earn more in the long run.
So if someone starts capping, you have a 100 count to get your kills IMO.

US, a hummel and a small arty (A grille I think).
Them, a S51 and a small arty (A grille I think).
The rest was tier 6-8 and pretty balanced.
It was pretty obvious that as long as the enemy team didn't play "really" badly we would lose...
Anyway..My team played really well, no-one went off and suicided, everyone stuck in packs. and played a great defensive game.
Our scouts took out their arty early, their scouts took out our arty early. We were defending our arty, but the scout killed the arty before we could kill the scout. 1/2 way into the game, we were pretty even 5-5. It shows how defensive the players played with only 5 kills a side after 7.5 mins. Down to 3 mins left, it was about 9-9 so still pretty even.. Our IS7 (Which ended up our last tank standing against their 3 IS7's that were also alive) was still alive with 10 seconds to go. counting down 10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2 then he died just as the game dumped you back to the screen, so it must have been in the last second.
So in the end, a T44 T8 medium tank (me) up against 3 IS7's and a S51, with a balance that clearly failed that game. I still got 2 kills, did reasonable damage, stayed alive for about 12 mins of the 15 minute game, earned enough to pay for the repairs and ammo with a small profit to spare, And had a great enjoyable game.
I died, The balanced failed, the team lost, but what a great game it was. With the whole team doing its best, It made a different in the enjoyment level.

example.
Game starts, if you go running off on your medium, you are quicker than your heavies and its very easy to run into a situation where you are out gunned or out-manned. If you wait for your scouts to do some scouting, you then know where the enemy is, and can move and pick off easy targets, or snipe. The repair bill for a T44 is 17k + ammo, so you need to make sure you output enough damage every game to pay that big bill.
If you are sniping, you are free to continue to snipe off the enemy as long as its at a distance, if the enemy gets close enough to light you up, then you need to get up and going to use your speed to avoid hits.
A S51 will track and remove 60% health from a T44 simply by missing it by 20m. So keeping on the move isnt really a great solution.
Anyway in short.
Camp and snipe when the enemy is a long way away and wont be lighting you up. This often gets you in a 5-10 hits a game, and a lot of free exp/credits with no risk and no damage. And if a tank gets close enough to light you up, get moving quickly and keep moving. Different situations different strategies, etc..
Its only when you get into a T44 with a 17k repair bill that you are forced to adjust/improve your play-style

If your machine is a reasonable size, I suggest you run fraps, then if needed you can just cap a video of the incident.
Or just grab several screen-shots the normal way of control print-screen.
And email them in like you do with team killers.
I agree that the reporting/punishment system needs a overhaul, but that's what it is at the moment. Hopefully its something better before release.

Goto your C: drive.
you will probably find a directory called games.
In the games directory you will probably find a directory called world of tanks closed beta.
In there should be a wot.exe which loads the game.
Thats probably where you installed it to, it asked you where you would like to install it to when you installed it. that should be the default if you just pressed ok.
You can make a shortcut to your desktop since it appears you don't have one already, if you know how.

Goto your C: drive.

*Edit, since there is only 3 people reading this thread at the moment, instead of the 100 that was reading it before.. I went to test the login/updater.
It worked ok for me from Australia, so the problems may be fixed now.

changing it in game, a couple of times, then try changing it on
your graphics card control panel, It often has settings like "use
this" or "use the settings in the game" .. Update drivers, direct
X, try direct X 10, etc etc..

For you, the update server is down, So unless you have the full installer, + all the patches to manually get it up to the current version. There is nothing you can do until the update server comes back online.
You can try downloading them all from here. But i think you will find that website's down too.

I asked in game how their lag was, they said its playable, some lag spikes, but its not too bad and been worse.
So since you probably cant reinstall atm, i guess just wait for them to reset whatever the problem is at the moment.

Good luck, but I think with no wot.exe you will need to delete and reinstall, which probably wont be possible until the update server comes back online.
Unless you have the full install files + all the patches to do manually, which most people don't..

you installing it.
You might need to delete the directory and install it again.
