Reports are emailed in and not allowed in the forums, neither is swearing or swearing in abbreviated form.
As for the above quoted section. No, "damaging other tanks on purpose" is not allowed.
This is not the same as TKing. TKing could be accidental which is allowable, or it can be on purpose which isn't allowable.
But all the team mates "shooting" each other, isn't allowed either, regardless of whether they TKed or not.
So at the moment, on the current rules and system, everyone that shot a team mate broke the rules, and may be banned.
Except maybe the first shooter, who might or might not have been accidental..
