Tanitha: You should do, maybe the update server went down 1/2 way through
you installing it.
You might need to delete the directory and install it again.
You probably don't have all the patches/updates to run manually.
And the website to download the patches manually is down as well.
The patches are here, but its hard to load the page. http://game.worldoftanks.com/update
So until the update/website servers come online properly, I don't think there is anything you can do sorry.
You will probably need to uninstall and reinstall after the update servers come up.
