Overlord: If you mean popularity, than yes. Pershing is not used
frequently.

Few tips how to survive and enjoy your tank more - in every battle there should be opponents you are able to damage, track or scout. If you are in the absolute bottom of the list, try to scout your enemies if artillery is present. If it is not present, then scout much more carefully, just ahead of main attack group, try to stay alive - you get Creds/XP for discovering enemy tanks and keeping them visible.
I would definitely recommend to upgrade your tank to the fullest as well before moving to the next one, you will find out that very bad vehicle may suddenly appear to be much better.
Considering artillery and how to survive against it - I strongly recommend playing SPG by yourself, so that you will find out how to avoid being hit. Helped me a lot when I was even more noobish than I am now.

Overlord: Yes, according to the stats T-23 looks even a bit better than
counterparts being far less poprular. Its rather low usage is one
of the reasons for slight advantage in performance, those who drive
T23 know how to do it properly. I'm going to join the company, have
just bought it in game.
Current avg repair bill makes 8.5k, no wonder that full repairs are higher.

Overlord: Currently repair costs for T23 (under 9k) are approx 3k lower than
the ones of Panther and T-44. Adjustment is required.

Overlord: Engine affects overall speed and acceleration, passing-ability
works only for terrains (different kinds of non-asphalted soils).
All in all it is buff.

LiannaSilverwind: You do not need to buy the game. You can buy ingame gold, if you
want, to make your ingame progress faster.
It is fully possible to play the game without spending a single cent on it, getting top tier tanks and enjoying them. Will take you more time and effort though.

I think the games style
of play and simplicity could quite easily transfer over to console
and joypad.

than Lowe, but being equipped with 105mm gun this tank should have

Clanwar battles will become a boring affair, and most educated and active WOT players I speak to feel exactly the same (both about company mode and the projected clanwars modes).
Wargaming, get your act together and offer us a viable solution to fix the company mode being a tier X+Arty affair. IF you manage to fix company mode, it is time to think about a clanwars mode that works and has enough variation to keep people interested for more than a few months. Long-term commitment to world of tanks is our in our mutual advantage - gamer and gaming company.

Overlord: No way this can happen. All tanks are balanced and will be balanced
on statistics. Even if some claim the methodology is flawed it is
uniform and applies to all vehicles.

Personally I'm thinking T9 mediums with arty raining down and no T10 heavies might be the best option.
But anyway, clans are groups of 100 players, clans will struggle to get 100 players with top tanks, who are good players, who are available, etc etc.
A lot of the game will be logistics. Not just the tank people drive.
