Captain_Judo: Basado en las respuestas de nuestra comunidad, hemos decidido intentar la creacion de un sistema ‘ELO’ para probar durante los torneos.
Tenga en cuenta que todos los equipos se iniciaran con una puntación de 1200. Debido a la dificultad en mantener este sistema, tendríamos que implementar requisitos estrictos para determinar cuales equipos calificaran para la clasificación. De esta manera, los siguientes requisitos son necesarios:El nombre del equipo será registrado al capitan del equipo (para participar en el sistema de clasificación, para cualquier evento, un equipo debe utilizar su nombre registrado)
El equipo debe haber participado en, por los menos, 5 eventos antes de solicitar clasificación (las solicitudes deben incluir enlaces a los eventos)
Equipos sin puntuación clasificatoria serían considerados con una puntuación de 1200 cuando se juega contra equipos clasificados (esto quiere decir, una vez que esté clasificado, todas sus batallas están clasificadas).
Los equipos clasificados tendrán que añadir su puntación clasificatoria entre paréntesis al lado del nombre de su equipo (si desean aplicar los resultados del siguente torneo a su puntuación) antes de cerrar registración. Estos requisitos serían temporales si el sistema tiene éxito, ya que finalmente nos gustaría crear un sistema automatizado para el seguimiento de los resultados para todos los equipos.
Por favor manden su solicitud a tournaments@wargamingamerica.com para registrar su equipo.
Algunos detalles sobre lo que este sistema permite:Puntuacion tomará en cuenta el significado del torneo, por lo que los “Challenges” son más importantes que los “Skirmishes”, etc..
Equipos de baja puntación pueden incrementar masivamente su clasificación al ganar incluso una sola batalla contra un equipo con mayor clasificación.
Los equipos con mayor clasificación pueden perder puntuacion si una batalla (no sólo una ronda) se pierde encontra un equipo clasificado bajo.
Formula
Puntuación Nueva = Puntuación Actual = + [Redondeado (Factor de significado del torneo (Resultados – Probabilidad de Ganar))]
Factor de significado del torneo: El significado del evento (por ejemplo: Skirmish = 10, Challenge = 50, Torneos Especiales = 100, Torneos Profesionales = 100).
Resultados = porcentaje de victorias logradas por el equipo (por lo que un 3 a 0 victoria sería igual a 100%, mientras que un 3 - 1 victoria sería igual a 0.75 o 75%)
Probabilidad de Ganar = 1 / (1 + POWER (10, ((Puntación del Rival - Puntación) / 400)))
Un ejemplo de un torneo tipo “Challenge”:
El equipo A tiene una puntuación de 1200
El equipo B tiene una puntuación de 1700
El resultado es que el equipo A tiene probabilidad de ganar de 5%, mientras que el equipo B tiene probabilidad de ganar de 95%
El equipo A le gana al equipo B, 3-1. Esto resulta en una puntuación final de 1235 para el equipo A y 1665 para el equipo B.
Este mismo escenario con un torneo del tipo “Skirmish” resultaría en un equipo que tiene 1207 puntos, mientras que el equipo B termina con 1693.
Un “Torneo Especial” usando este escenario resultaría en un equipo que tiene 1270 puntos, mientras que el equipo B termina con 1630.

Agrona: Your score was not 40 since you added in damaged tanks and destroyer tanks. Only damaged once are counted since destroyed is included.
Everyone's score was calculated this way too, there were a lot of submissions we had to rework based on their calculations not being correct. Your score was really 30 All Star points

Agrona: The rules for savagee weren't bent, the email was sent, it just didn't show up and I had to do some magic to find it.
The issue with the email filter has been fixed for me. His submission was accurate and sent on time, which is why is was accepted and changed after.
I try to be really good about going back and fixing issues with the contests once they have been posted. Please PM me if you have anymore questions.

Some have answered correctly. Teams can only contain one tank per tier. The type of tank is irrelevant.
An example lineup:
Tier 1) T1 Cunningham
Tier 2) RenaultBS
Tier 3) AMX 38
Tier 4) SU85B
Tier 5) T49
Note that several types of tanks are repeated. However, there is only one tank of each tier. All factors are irrelevant except for the tank's tier.

Unfortunately after investigating this, we've discovered an issue with crediting 100% crew in the gift shop. However, it looks like no one was charged for the 100% crew; the amount charged in the package was $10.69 USD, which is what the package price would be without the crew. We are looking into this a bit more and will provide an update for you.

Agrona: UPDATE-- The original thread for voting was broken and had to be taken down due to players creating new accounts to boost their votes.
All of the votes were lost and will need to be voted again.  We will extend the voting through the weekend to give everyone a chance to vote again.
Violation of the rules (creating new accounts to boost votes, or cheating in anyway) is being tracked by our mods, so don't do it.

Agrona: I am aware of it, I would like to not use polls or voting devices for contests anyway, but when we do just pick winners without a voting process there is horrible backlash that it was picked by us, and judgement on our decisions.
So I wanted to leave it up to the players to vote.

It did not need to include the Joystick logo. All of the finalists mention the GJ.
