Just how much does doctrine, strategy and equipment rely on each other, and on resources?   What was the doctrine for tank use created for the procurement guys came up with the first tank? Sometimes, in revolutionary cases, I submit that procurement probably does have an effect on doctrine.

GhostPrime: Have you tried running the game by running it as an Administrator? Right click on the installer and choose "Run as an administrator".    The issue looks like a permissions issue in Windows possibly.

GhostPrime: The "Improved Graphics" Options are not available for the SD game client. This allows older GPUs to run the game. Really it's more than just HD texures in the HD version of the game client. It is the advanced features that would normally cause a performance hit on older, and less powerful GPUs.

She mostly plays console games, but it's nice to have a mid range PC for PC games as well if that is not your primary focus.
