Ping Problem?

GhostPrime: Speed test will not show you packet loss or a trace to your place, and our servers. Pingplotter will though.    Also Make sure that there isn't any other devices taking up bandwidth, I have seen this numerous times.  Please feel free to submit a ticket an any information you get from the pingplotter.
