Draschel: Can you please answer these bulletins, please? Why is a
single class allowed to do something none other can. Do you know
why WG changed premium rounds to credits? Consumables? Camo?
Directives for credits?Exclusive things are bad. They are
problematic. An artillery, can still direct fire. It
still has DPM, alpha, VR even if they pale in comparison to other
tank classes. It HAS THEM, and can USE THEM. What artillery has,
TANKS DO NOT. They can't do them, poorly. They cannot do them, at
all. Broken. Because they operate outside every other class
operates in.

opportunity cost of lethality. I want an enemy arty, not an
enemy chieftain or EBR105. I equate brokeness with facts that

govern every other class here. There is no equivalency, because
nothing is equivalent here. There is no exaggeration, because WG
responds to the continued seen problems in turn. That is not what

You have poor experience, so you don't know what mitigation is or
not. You don't know of what enlightenment is. I do not struggle

point rather, isn't ranking. If I wanted to rank, there are tanks
in my garage for rank, grabbing 10k+ damage. Its just the
anemic nature. Getting luietenant capt major, pointing and
clicking 20-25 times a battle, having 5-6k damageBut usually the
bottom of game exp, hurting my battle pass pts. Yet ranking up
doing so little. Makes me cringe. Surrounded by sergeants

Draschel: what I certainly do not like, is how arty misses the multi-gun
variability and viability in the tier, unfair. Compared to
tanks.Sort of like UDES Alt 14 being able to use 2 guns,
competitively. Or 53TP, able to use 2 guns competitively. WZ132,
Etc.With artillery, only really GW Tiger P and SU14 gain any
sort of reason to use stock guns, and primarily GW.
In comparison, M40 43 performs WORSE than
M12 with the same gun, a tier higher? What kind of scaling is
that
Lorraine Tier VII can run
stock gun, loses any viability with Tier VIII. Same goes with S51 /
SU running stock guns vs SU14. They really need to
balance the armament of artillery. There is very poor scaling. Not
every target you see in FL is E100. You don't need 8in
gun. Generally, scaling seen in most instances elsewhere, you
have a gun in tier __. When you beat that tier and move on, that
same gun is generally provided stock or mid-gun for next tier
grind. That same gun, has higher stats on the next available tier.
Not always, but mostly. Why is this completely shafted for
artillery? Drives me bananas.

Draschel: It is extremely random. Seems to fluctuate 4,000-6,000. Good games
is above 6,000. Last year, the damages were slightly higher,
as strafe strikes and barrages can stack Despite all the easy
targets like skorpion G and SU130PM, pens are still very
few. Easiest way to rank. Clicking FL in your tab,
ready up arty, guarantees lieutenant and/or captain.Getting
major or general is extremely difficult though. The identity of
true artillery.

the penetration and alpha are definite loss, what you gain is DPM,
gun handling, lighter chassisAt 244mm it is good enough for
important benchmarks in tier 8, such as penetrating 703-II gun
mantle or JT UFP. VK can certainly surprise some with 200 more DPM

Jaguarz: Get a Pz7, its a shot baiting machine and you can angle the nose to
create ungodly levels of relative armour and you dont have to
search for a hull down position and hope people dont get bored of
shooting at your turret and/or arty coming along. All you need is a
wall or a rock and just keep peeking that nose out, far easier and
no one can resist shooting that lower plate which isnt even a weak
spot,, I literally just bounced 9k on the mannerheim line map with
it and 2k damage is just 4 shots.

PR So, play poorly. But step into an artillery, where .....you
no longer have to aim, worry of shells, worry of being spotted upon
firing, have to rush shots, have to know and actively use bush
mechanics, focus fire/share HP/push with the team, have base
guards erected for you.....And all of a sudden, you aren't doing
poorly anymore. You are doing reasonably well, just pointing and
clicking. Able to even 3-mark SPGs. That you would otherwise have
extreme difficulty 1-marking a tank. But on the flip side, the
excellent player who has down on these attributes, extras, skills
steps into an artillery and extremely struggles getting anywhere
near the stats he procures in tanks. The class is so
broken. Outrageously broken

Jaguarz: Big difference between a skill based light tank (with
incredibly limited ammo capacity) and a grossly overpowered for
tier fast medium with great hull armour and 150 rounds of ammo, I
got one in that key things from the BM, played one whole game in
it....

Jaguarz: How about not piling up worthless rentals on people who dont
want them in the first place, necessitating the hassle of having to
contact customer support? How about also not filling up the
barracks with garbage 75% crews from unwanted frontline rentals
after frontline? I dont want a rental in any way shape or form
on my account, they are completely worthless especially as the
"purchase" option has never worked making the whole "rental" scheme
pointless. Also every time you "hide" the rentals they are
showing up again every time you switch to Frontline games.

have insane gun performance and good gun depression, but an anemic
combination of alpha and DPM.And the credit income is hampered by
the fact that HEAT shells cost 5,600 credits a pop, so as soon as
you fire any of them you can kiss your profit goodbye. And
what makes it worse is how easy it would be to fix.Give it 5kmh (or
more) better top speed, slightly better traverse, slightly

needs.

There are two present accounts, listed. Not too much
difference to note, other than games played and the damage caused.
As I said, hard to take into account pre 9.17 artillery games
because they could actually find damage adequately. Now artillery
struggles with it. Let us void experience, shall we? I have
experience in artillery. For the benefit of the OTHER party,
we shall also void experience in other classes. which are
massively lopsided to one account huge favor. Massively.
And this is a huge issue. One personally can do ailing
& poorly in other classes. But step into an artillery and
more or less perform reasonably well. But the other account
via other spectrum, does exceptional in other classes and makes
effective use of many more complex game mechanics, but steps into
artillery and these extra skills don't translate to much more
gained results. Broken. Back to discussion. 1. How
is it fair, that artillery can attack without direct line
of sight and in curved arc of fire, from outside of 720m
render, and over obstacles like terrain and structures?No
other class can. Though artillery do not have the boosted DPM,
accuracy, aim-time, applicable alpha, muzzle velocity of
tank-fire....these attribute are explained as *better than*
not wholly different. Artillery is wholly different. This
massively disrupts game balance. I will not use the word
broken, but will use unfair. Artillery trades less ability to
cause sustained damage, for ability to apply unfair damage other
classes cannot. 2. Artillery does not contribute to
tactical movement of teams. It can assist in the strategic
movement, surely. But it will not share HP, scout, push,
cap, defend. The very rare times it does, are late game emergencies
where they are likely the last alive to do anything anyway. No
other class is so helpless. All other class will, can, do
these. 3. The producer, understands the issue,
acknowledges it....war gaming trie and trie to correct the problem.
Artillery is the single most, and commonly at that, nerfed class.
Repeatedly nerfed as well. This leads to many other decisions
as well. Like no further releases in artillery tech tree,
artillery premium, Etc. For fear of reprisal, having to nerf a
premium arty. You can broach, talk all the logic
you wish. It does not matter. This is black and white. And
ultimate, yes or no. Artillery can do what other tanks can do.
Perhaps not well, poorly. But it can. It can directly spot,
attack directly, Etc. Tanks CANNOT do what artillery can. This is
unfair. The simplest form of logic, is yes or no. And
yes, it is unfair. Because only it does it, and to none other
does it apply. Rules do not apply to only them.

churchill50: I agree with the issues with role experience.Some tanks get role
experience quite literally just for existing, whereas others are
incredibly limiting.Tanks like the Kranvagn, Vz 55, and S Conq are
incredibly powerful in the point blank brawls that happen so much
in 10v10 Ranked. However, that is only emphasized by the fact that
their role experience system gives them xp for everything they
would do otherwise.Meanwhile, I've stopped playing the Leopard I in
Ranked since on half the maps you end up using it as a close
support tank and thus get no role experience from your
damage. As far as "fun factor"... I'm not sure that should be
a goal for a Ranked mode. That might just be me though.Because
Ranked is so reliant on both your personal performance and your
teams' performance to progress, it's always going to be stressful
in my opinion. Focusing on minimizing that stress, or giving
rewards that make the stress worth it (more or less) make more
sense.I'd also like to see WG focus on changing the meta, or
changing things each season to keep the meta from getting stale (as
it definitely has now).But, again, that might just be me.
