started playing SPG's:
If someone I'm aiming at is unspotted for about 10 seconds, I start worrying about my damage output and switch to a different target. Familiarize yourself with the reload time of SPG's you're running into at each tier, keep an eye on the battle timer and make sure you're not spotted by the time they're about to be loaded again.
With the reduced single-target damage and increased splash radius, there is an incentive to prioritize grouped-up tanks. If no tanks are grouped-up, and you happen to be top tier + completely decimating one of my flanks, you can bet I'll do everything I can to stop you from single-handedly crushing that flank, because you're getting closer and closer to me which means I have to either go back to garage or stop shooting because I need to relocate.

redefine what "scheduled" means to you. I was simply explaining
that this is what it means in regards to our server.
There is no box that comes up and asks us what to say when we take down the server. "Scheduled Maintenance" for all intents and purposes as far as server status is concerned, means that the server was manually taken down by someone as opposed to randomly crashing. It's a predetermined message which we have no immediate control over.

Gnomon: Hey, everyone! I hope that you’re having a great week so
far! As you may have noticed, I haven't been posting on the
forums or in WCFR much this week. This is due to an upcoming change
with my CCness. Starting Monday of next week, I will be moving
to a new position within Wargaming. While I have enjoyed my
time on the forums and working with the community/y'all, this is an
opportunity that I could not pass up (as it’s another area that I
am passionate about in the gaming industry). I'm pretty excited
about the possibilities it will allow me in the future in regards
to the game and its players. Basically, I just
wanted to let you forum folks know so it doesn’t seem like I
randomly ran screaming out of the office and into the hills of
Texas only to never be seen again. You will still see me
around from time-to-time on the forums, as I may be assisting the
community folks with feedback or other things at times. I’m

Competitive Gaming Manager at the World of Tanks NA office. This
position will be responsible for Clans, Clan Wars, Tournaments, and
other competitive activities on the NA server. I will be acting as
the competitive NA players ambassador to the Clan War Development
Team and the NA Production Office by bringing your suggestion and
feedback to the teams as well as overseeing all competitive
activities for World of Tanks NA. Over the next few weeks, I will
be starting what I am calling “Operation Feedback” with the goal of
gaining a better understanding of the Clan community as well
having a large amount of feedback to bring to the development
team and the NA production office. During this time, I will
be allowing clans to schedule a meeting with me where I will join
your comms (Discord preferably but I have TeamSpeak as well) and
discuss where you and your clan are and where you would like to see
Wot competitive go. My Background I started Playing World of
Tanks in 2013 when a friend Recommended it to me. Shortly after
starting playing I joined a Clan, Armored Reapers (AR) that was a
sister Clan to Armored Outlaws (AO) later I was prompted to
recruitment officer and was the teams main battle caller. In
2015, I started working for Wargaming as a Customer Support
Representative, and most recently was the Product Specialist for
World of Tanks NA. During this time, I was still very passionate
about the Clans and the other competitive aspects of WOT and I
helped in the running of the Arms Race Showdown (FAME VS MAHOU) and
the Season 9 Playoffs. Scheduling a meeting – First Wave Oct
11th – 14th I will be accepting meeting request from 2 groups
of clans for this first wave (I can only speak English and you will
need to have at least one English speaker to translate, I am
working on this for the second wave): Clans currently participating
on the Global Map with over 60 members Clans older than 4 years
that are at least mildly active (my determination) It would
be great if you were in contact with multiple clans (some of you
are) and I could have group meetings What I would like to
discuss: Clan Wars - What you like – what you don’t – suggestions
Stronghold - What you like – what you don’t – suggestions CW forums

It's a global policy and there are laws of quite a few different
regions in mind when global policy is made. I can't say I agree
with the policy 100% but it is in place and we do have to honor
it.
As for the post you're quoting - I apologize if this seems snarky because that's not my intention, but you could just as easily submit the replay WITHOUT using that type of language. Like, yes the jerk pushing you out of cover (or in this case forcing you to self-destruct in your SPG) certainly deserves a few choice words but there are rules defining which words are/are not okay for you to use, at least on our servers via our game service. Whether or not you choose to believe me when I say I have personally issued hundreds if not thousands of bans for these types of game offenses during my time in CS is entirely up to you, however, since I can't provide you with actual evidence of a ban.

bots popping up in low-tier battles on USC when they were intended
only for the SA server.
Issue is fixed and servers are back up. "Scheduled Maintenance" is simply used to indicate that the server was manually taken down rather than crashing arbitrarily. Apologies for the inconvenience.
Compensation will be going out for the issue via a mass-invoice.

DomoSapien: Apologies for the lack of notification, the restart was supposed to
be a soft-reset, however Devs informed us that unfortunately a hard
reset will be required to fix the issue of AI bots populating the
USC server low-tier battles.
Downtime should be relatively quick, and USC should be back up shortly. As for scheduled maintenance that simply means that taking the server offline was deliberate, rather than a random crash.

precisarlo ahora (eso corresponde a monetización), pero me
atrevería a decir que sí.

This is a quirk of the game's design - since the gun barrels do not have collision, shots originate from the base of the gun where it meets the turret. In Customer Support the official term for this type of rule violation is the "barrel in barrel exploit." This is a sanctionable offense, so if it runs into you please don't hesitate to submit a support ticket.

We are on good terms with eachother, arguably better terms than we ever have been but I lack the perspective to comment on this concretely, since I was in Customer Support; a common complaint on the NA server is likely a common complaint in other regions as well. On the other hand however we get an absolute ton of feedback from all regions, and a large portion of this feedback is composed of completely opposing viewpoints. Weighing the feedback and figuring out what feedback is the most significant is a difficult process.
A good example? The dichotomy of map design. In the same conversation you will have one side arguing that opening up maps creates 'fields of death' and another side arguing that every map is a corridor map. Both viewpoints technically have merit, even if they seem to contradict eachother.

TheTrustedLlama: Greetings Tankers! A brand new patch is upon us with several
fixes and adjustments (we finally got that no sound on hit
bug!) and the patch notes can all be found here. Known Issues: The vehicle panel
does not get locked upon confirming readiness in Special Battles.
Players can re-train crew members to special vehicles that are
currently not available in the game. There is no protection from
spam-clicking on the minimap. Vehicle type icons in the extended
vehicle panels do not change their color dynamically, when
selecting the Colorblind mode in battle. Disabled free crew
retraining to vehicles of the same type. When a player destroys a
vehicle by overturning it, this vehicle is not counted towards the
total number of vehicles the player destroyed. The recruiter's
Recruiting Office does not display the recruits and reservists that
they invited, if the recruiter's account is restored to a state,
preceding the moment when recruits accepted the invitation. The
badge about base capture can be displayed prematurely, even before
the indicated number of points has been accumulated. The order of
events for received damage is sometimes mixed up in the damage log.
The text of Mission conditions is not displayed in the
congratulation window, provided that the required vehicle type is
specified in the Mission conditions. When a spotted enemy vehicle
gets stunned, becomes no longer visible, and the stunned player
