Diferente do que muitos acham, o gerenciamento dos torneios é feito de forma manual por funcionários da empresa e sempre prezamos agilizar o máximo possível. Nossos esforços nestes últimos meses era de minimizar os problemas apresentados por nosso sistema e conseguimos isso.

O presente tópico será fechado para que os ânimos exaltados se acalmem e muito em breve possam continuar o debate com relação a criação de um sistema de penalização para aqueles que não comparecem nos torneios. Apenas reforço que a criação e participação em uma equipe é de responsabilidade única e exclusiva dos jogadores.

Na descrição de cada torneio já existe instruções para reportar quebra de regras por parte de uma equipe ou jogador, basta utilizá-las.

Reason for the temporarily unavailable error is there is always a huge rush when registration opens up, and right before registration ends. The tournaments portal is getting overloaded with too many requests and can't keep up, so it spits back that error.

It's difficult for us to keep up with last-minute roster change requests because we're getting ready to create brackets when registration closes. Once brackets are created, no revisions can be made.

We often have folks reaching out about registration issues around an hour before registration closes; this puts us in a very difficult position - we usually can't accommodate these types of request primarily due to short notice.

Gnomon: Hey, everyone!  Hope that you’re having a great Friday!  Today marks the beginning of the Supertest for a Viking newcomer: the EMIL 1951, a Tier VIII Premium Swedish heavy with an autoloader. Gameplay-wise, it’s an ‘Emil I Lite’. The EMIL 1951 has less armor than its progression counterpart but is more mobile. There’s one less round in the barrel of the EMIL 1951 but its aiming parameters are better, and it shoots faster than the Emil I. 
 
The hull of the EMIL 1951 has less protection, and as a sort of compensation, it has a new 400-hp engine bringing its specific power up to 15.15 hp per ton. Not a great difference to the Emil I, but certainly noticeable: the 1951 will move faster and accelerate to the top speed more quickly.
 
How will this tank play? Much like its progression partner but more energetic: less covering, more movement. The barrel that unloads quickly also allows for a hit-and-run playstyle: fire three rounds and fall back without taking any extra risks. Screenshots

Felipe6666Original: ¡Saludos, tanquistas!   Luego de debatirlo y considerando sus opiniones sobre el asunto, a partir del viernes 5 de octubre del 2018 entra en vigencia la regla "Clan fantasma" para su aplicación durante la Temporada 10.   Existen diferentes sanciones para los clanes fantasma dependiendo de si están activos o no y para los clanes que los utilizan.   La regla será efectiva solo para la Temporada 10. Se emitirán advertencias (sin sanciones o penalidades) por la primera vez que se encuentre que un clan haga uso de esta práctica. Los líderes del clan serán notificados por correo si se aplica una sanción.   ¿Qué es un clan fantasma? Un clan fantasma es un clan que se encuentra inactivo en el Mapa Global y que se inscribe a los torneos de desembarco sin la intención de presentarse a las batallas. Esto se hace con el único propósito de afectar el horario en el cual ocurren las batallas. (en general, a favor del dueño del territorio).   Generalmente, estos clanes tienen jugadores que no juegan desde más de un año o tiene cuentas secundarias.   Los clanes que hacen uso de estos clanes se encuentran activos en el Mapa Global y, por lo general, tienen varios territorios. Es debido a la cantidad de territorios que controlan que usan a los clanes fantasma para alterar los horarios en los que se desarrollan las batallas de defensa. En general, estos clanes tienen acceso a la cuenta del comandante del clan fantasma, desde la que controlan los movimientos que hace el clan fantasma en el Mapa Global.   Factores que serán tomados en cuenta en Soporte a la hora de investigar un supuesto clan fantasma:   Cantidad de batallas a las que no se presentó el clan fantasma en contraposición a la cantidad de batallas jugadas. Cuántas de las batallas a las que no se presentó correspondían a un territorio del clan sospechado de usar utilizar clanes fantasma. Si las cuentas que hacen los movimientos en el Mapa Global son compartidas. Y, por sobre todas las cosas, si las cuentas que hacen los movimientos en el Mapa Global están siendo compartidas con el supuesto clan que utiliza los clanes fanstasma. Si el clan fantasma participó de otras batallas durante ese tiempo.   ¿Cómo reportar a los clanes fantasma? Cada caso será evaluado y las sanciones se decidirán de acuerdo al caso:   Las sanciones posibles para un clan fantasma dependen de: Si el comandante es una cuenta activa, se impondrá un ban de 30 días al comandante y todos los oficiales serán degradados. Si el comandante es una cuenta falsa o secundaria, se aplicará un ban permanente al comandante. Puede que se desbande el clan también.   Las sanciones posibles para un clan que utiliza clanes fantasma: Primera infracción: 7 días de ban para el comandante y todos los oficiales. Esto se utilizará como advertencia. Segunda infracción: 14 días de ban para el comandante y todos los oficiales. Se añadirá una quita del 10-30% de los Puntos de Fama/Victoria. Tercera infracción: 30 días de ban para el comandante y todos los oficiales y la descalificación para participar del Mapa Global. Además, se añadirá una quita del 100% de los Puntos de Fama/Victoria y ningún miembro del clan recibirá recompensas.   Puede que tomemos acciones adicionales si el clan sancionado continua con estas prácticas en las temporadas luego de ser descalificado del Mapa Global.   ¡Saludos!
