MA77: Saudações, comandantes.   Após uma análise cuidadosa do seu feedback, a partir de sexta-feira, 5 de Outubro de 2018, a “Regra do Clã Fantasma” entrará em vigor para a Temporada 10. Existem punições separadas para o "Clã Fantasma" se ele está ativo ou não e o "Clã Abusante"   Efetivo apenas para a Temporada 10, haverá um Aviso (sem sanções ou penalidades) emitido pela primeira vez para qualquer clã encontrado abusando de Clãs Fantasmas. A Liderança do Clã será notificada via e-mail se um aviso for aplicado.   Definição de um Clã Fantasma   Um Clã Fantasma é um clã que está inativo no Mapa Global que se aplica nos desembarques sem intenção de aparecer nas batalhas. Isso é feito apenas para afetar os tempos em que as batalhas acontecem no território (geralmente para o proprietário). Normalmente, esses clãs têm jogadores que não jogaram batalhas em mais de um ano ou são contas do tipo alternativas.   Um Clã Abusante é um clã que está ativo no Mapa Global, geralmente tem vários territórios. Clan Leadership will be notified via email if a warning is placed.   Definition of a Ghost Clan  A Ghost Clan is a Clan that is inactive on the Global Map (GM) that Applies for Landings (on the GM) with no intention of showing up to the battles. This is done Solely to affect the times that battles happen on for the land (usually for the landholder).   Usually, these Clans have players that haven't played battles in over a year or are alt accounts.   An Abusing Clan is a Clan that is active on the GM, usually has multiple pieces of land. Due to the amount of land that they hold and when their battles are happening they use Ghost Clans to change the time the time when their defenses happen. Usually, the Abusing Clan has access to the commander of the Ghost Clans account and they are the ones controlling the moves the Ghost Clan makes on the GM.   Things that will be reviewed in Supports Investigation of a suspected Ghost Clan:   How many Battles the “Ghost Clan” has missed versus how many they have attended Of the battles missed how many were pieces of land held by the Suspected Abusing Clan If the accounts that are making moves on the Global map are being shared More Importantly, if the accounts that are making moves on the Global map are being shared with the Suspected Abusing Clan If the Ghost Clan attended any other battles on the map during that time. Possible Clan disbandment may follow.   The potential penalty for the Abusing Clan: First Offense: 7 Day Game Ban on all Officers and the Commander. This serves as a Warning. Second Offense: 14 Day Game Ban on all Officers and the Commander. A 10% ~ 30% Victory/Fame Points penalty will also be added. Third Offense: 30 Day Game Ban on all Officers and the Commander and disqualification from participating on the Global Map. Gnomon: Hey, everyone!  Hope that you’re having a great week so far!  Today, we’re commencing the Supertest of the Fisherman’s Bay map revision aimed at improving the balance between the teams. The game stats show us, that currently, it’s slightly biased to favor the southern side which has better spotting and firing positions versus enemy vehicles trying to enter the city blocks in the east. The problem of being ‘lit up’ and receiving damage very early when driving to the town exits for both teams (and we plan to address this by making the approaches safer). Yet, the combatants hailing from the north have it worse. Also, we’ll improve the interplay between the town and the village in the center of the map. So, what changes are we going to test?  The approaches to the town will be protected from early spotting from the village. We’ve added new covered positions and trees, and we’ve also changed the landscape here. The defensive positions in the outskirts of the town, which are controlled by the northern side in the beginning of a battle, have been improved. We’ve removed shoot-throughs from the northern part of the town so that you can contain an attack from the south more efficiently. The spawn points for both teams have been moved closer to the red lines. This will make driving off them less stressful. The eastern side of the village now has a new building. It’ll partially block the vehicles en route to the town from spotting and long shots. It also will make your village-to-town movements safer. As you can see, there are several modifications in the works and their primary purpose is to make the map more playable and enjoyable for both teams. At the same time, some of the changes are to alleviate the advantage of the southern team in a separate part of the map. Las estadísticas muestran que el mapa actual tiende a favorecer al equipo que comienza en el sur dado que dispone de mejores posiciones para detectar y abrir fuego contra los vehículos que intentan ingresar en la ciudad situada al este. El problema de ser detectados y dañados en los comienzos de la partida al dirigirse a la ciudad aplica para ambos equipos (y planeamos solucionarlo haciendo que el camino sea más seguro). Sin embargo, a los combatientes del norte les toca la peor parte.   Además, planeamos mejorar la jugabilidad entre la ciudad y el pueblo en el centro del mapa. Entonces, ¿cuáles serán los cambios que vamos a probar?     Ingresar al pueblo será ahora más seguro. Agregamos nuevas posiciones de cobertura y árboles para dificultar la detección temprana. Además, cambiamos paisaje aquí. Mejoramos las posiciones defensivas en las afueras de la ciudad que corresponden al equipo norte. Gnomon: Hey, everyone!  Hope that you're having a great week so far!  I have some news that I know you all have been looking out for. In May we shared our plans for preferential matchmaking, which were later detailed in July. We went through our plan to improve pref MM vehicles and address the current issues with matchmaker.  Today, I'm happy to share the latest info on the improvements to preferential matchmaking vehicles. These changes are designed to help them be much more competitive in both Tier VIII and IX battles.  We have a nifty widget that details all the changes in our article, but I'll also list them in the spoiler below: Preferential Matchmaking Vehicles in Update 1.2 Here's a brief overview of the situation: Problem: Vehicles with preferential status are likely to get matched into dual or single-tier battles, where their status combined with combat parameters does more harm than good. In certain battles, they can’t compete with Tier IX and feel inferior against regular Tier VIII vehicles. Goal: Improve the experience for preferential vehicles while keeping the preferential matchmaking parameter and their unique characteristics intact. Solution: All-around vehicle rebalances on a vehicle-by-vehicle basis to improve their statistics combined with matchmaker rule revision. The latter is aimed at reducing instances of getting matched at the same position (top/middle/bottom) on the list for several battles in a row by fixing the current template distribution. Vehicles with the same base model, such as the WZ-111 and the WZ-111 Alpine Tiger, will get the same improvements. The First Stage - What Has Been DoneHere are the steps we have already taken. We started with making characteristic and statistical changes to the 10 preferential matchmaking vehicles we currently have in-game to make them more competitive in same and +1 Tier battles, without making them perform better than non-preferential vehicles, as they will see +2 Tier battles. All of this was done on the Supertest and we believe we got the desired result. In terms of combat effectiveness, these special Premium vehicles are now much closer to non-preferential matchmaking ones. The Iterations: The following changes were available on the Supertest:First iteration: Level the preferential matchmaking vehicles with each other Second iteration: Choose the parameters for improving the vehicle’s characteristics on a case-by-case basis Third iteration: Polishing these changesUsing statistics, it’s easy to see the big things that need changing, but stats alone are not enough. We also wanted to make minor changes, however, and this is where your feedback is vital. A request to increase the number of shells the IS-6 carries, for instance, doesn’t affect its combat effectiveness but will impact gameplay and how players feel while commanding the vehicle.Work is complete for this step but we'll continue to monitor the stats and feedback in case additional changes need to be made. Now onto the more pressing issue for these vehicles: the matchmaker.  Next Steps
After the release of 9.18, the new matchmaker was introduced (with the 3-5-7 format). Yet, this system is not efficient for preferential matchmaking vehicles: after all, they aren’t as effective against their own Tier and the Tier higher. So, what can be done? Our initial plan is to look at ways to change the matchmaker and control distribution among all six template possibilities. We cannot improve the current system without a full rework of the architecture, however, and this is planned for the future. We are actively disassembling the current matchmaker, making important changes, and then adding them to the new system. A complex adjustment, to be sure, and one that needs time to ensure nothing breaks!Due to the complexity of the issue, we'll have upcoming articles on the matchmaker and the changes required. In short, it requires delving into the entire matchmaker architecture, and is much more complicated than individual vehicle changes. We understand you want as much information as possible regarding this issue, and we'll release more as soon as we can. Thanks, everyone!

MA77: Saudações! Hoje no Superteste estamos iniciando a revisão do mapa Baía dos Pescadores, tendo como objetivo de melhorar o equilíbrio entre as equipes. As estatísticas do jogo mostram que, no momento, a equipe do lado sul tem um leve favorecimento, tendo melhores posições de tiro e detecção contra a equipe do norte ao tentar entrar nos quarteirões da cidade ao leste. O problema de ser "aceso" e ser danificado muito cedo ao dirigir para a cidade existe para ambas as equipes (e planejamos lidar com isso, tornando as abordagens mais seguras). No entanto, a situação dos combatentes da equipe norte é pior..
Também vamos melhorar a interação entre a cidade e a aldeia no centro do mapa.
Então, quais são as mudanças que vamos testar?   As aproximações para a cidade serão protegidas contra uma rápida detecção da aldeia. Adicionamos novas posições de cobertura e árvores, e também mudamos a paisagem aqui. As posições defensivas na periferia da cidade, que são controladas pelo lado norte no início de uma batalha, foram melhoradas.  Os pontos de spawn para ambas as equipes foram movidos para mais perto das linhas vermelhas. Isso fará com que iniciar a batalha seja menos estressante. O lado leste da vila agora tem um novo prédio. Bloqueia parcialmente os veículos em rota para a cidade de detectar e atirar de longo alcance.   Mais Fotos Como você pode ver, existem várias modificações e seu objetivo principal é tornar o mapa mais jogável para ambas as equipes. Ao mesmo tempo, algumas das mudanças são para aliviar a vantagem da equipe do sul em uma parte separada do mapa. Os resultados do teste mostrarão o que sairá disso. Não deixe de acompanhar as novidades e boa sorte em todas as batalhas!

MA77:   Verifique primeiramente o cabeamento de rede da sua casa. Certifique-se que a sua operadora é a mesma de seus amigos, para também descartar uma possibilidade de problemas com rota até o servidor.

Jambijon: Hey Everyone just wanted to give an update on the 1v1 tournament on Sat for the Tier VIII premium tank.    First!  As most of you might of guessed, the Kanonenjagdpanzer 105 is the top prize!     Second! We are going to add more groups to the tournament which means less battles for everyone.  So if the tournament reaches close to 2k participants, there will be a total of 12 groups (around 165 players in each group).     I also appreciate everyone for having an extremely civil discussion about the way tournaments are formatted and the prizing for them.  Really warms my cold heart.

DomoSapien: Honestly it's a bit of a bummer that you're stopping at tier VII because the 53TP at Tier VIII is pretty freakin' awesome. Granted, I only have 33 battles in mine so far but I'm sitting at 60.61% victories and 1,451 average damage per battle. 

I know the lower tiers are pretty rough, but I have played the 50TP and the 60TP on my Sheriff account and I enjoy them quite a bit. The 60TP is really fun. Beefy alpha, great gun depression, solid mobility and armor for a superheavy.
