Einzelganger7: Same here, it is actually my second most played tank.
I know the damage per shot is low for its tier but that reload speed and the amazing penetration makes it into a really nice support tank, but even against most tier sevens and eight it can out DPM them and even win on possible brawls. On the other hand the Panther II, well... it is sad the DPM is so much lower than the tier seven one, I never enjoyed it as I enjoy the Panther.

Subject: Season 12 Ideas for the Global Map
Link on message: #12173751
Link on message: #12173751
1984BigBrother: Tankers: I have received 2 very different ideas for Season 12
of the Global Map. Although both of these ideas are quite
different they have a lot of Similarities, No Alliance Mechanic,
some kind of Division limits, reducing the power of influence and
overall complexity of the map. I do like both ideas and want
to hear your opinion on them but please keep in mind I am only able
to work with the existing mechanics and I have not brought either
idea to the development team yet and I am not sure I will be
able to deliver everything in either of these plans I will explain
below the things I am not sure about in each plan and what the
workaround would be. Also, I will say that I wanted to provide
you the unadulterated pitch I received from the players so I have
literally copy and paste their words from a Google doc to the
forums (the formatting is a little weird and there is some opinions
in the topics). "Quest Heavy Idea": http://forum.worldoftanks.com/index.php?/topic/607332-quest-heavy-cw-idea/ Main
points and things I believe we can deliver: Get the
top/most active clans off the map to attack specific revolt
provinces while letting the smaller not as active clans battle over
provinces and sometimes have to play higher skill clans in defense
(for a higher reward) and better rewarding activity. A much
larger amount of gold will be available via quest (specifically
attacking revolts). The map size will stay about the same
so to compensate the higher gold value Quests province income will
be reduced. Potential issues: Target Provinces - This is
a main point to this plan, I am not 100% sure on how the devs will
be able to implement it but if for whatever reason we can't target
specific provinces with quest we could maybe do something with the
gold value on the map or worst case scenario make the quest count
for all revolts. The breakdown between Quest gold and Province
gold - I know this will make or break this season but this
will be most figured out via a formula that the devs use I don't
have sepific figures to share but ideally the top clans (or maybe
mid-tier that have a good day) will be earning more enough gold
from the quest to not want to be on the map while still being able
to make a modest amount from being on the
map "Province Heavy Idea":http://forum.worldoftanks.com/index.php?/topic/607331-province-heavy-cw-idea/ Main
points and things I believe we can deliver:Provide a much
large global map with drastically more provinces, provide an
area for the top clans to fight over higher gold provinces while
the mid an low tier clans have some areas to fight and get
better. Remove a lot of the new more complex features and try
to make hold land a more and staying on the map the main
goal If we increase the number of provinces to the amount
suggested the amount of gold from Quest will be drastically or
nonexistent Potential issues:"1.0 features" - I can not
bring back chips and I can not bring back the old Europe map, they
are not updated for this version of the client or CW. We do have
some workarounds with Division limits/income limits, and we can
probably make a map that includes of most of the area involved
in the ground conflict in WW2 and we can most likely make the gold
line up with the major conflicts. HQ cooldown - this is the
feature I am most worried about, I am not 100% sure if we can
change the HQ cooldown or remove the "leave map" button, I know
this is a major feature of this idea but I can not promise that it
will be included in S12 after discussion with the players we
decided to push forward with this proposal even if that can not be
delivered. Maps that match the region - I am pretty sure
we can make this happen but I will need to talk with the
devs the basic list I got: France & Low Countries:
Fisherman's Bay, Himmelsdorf, Lakeville, Redshire,
Ruinberg.Germany, Czechia, Austria, Switzerland: Ensk, Himmelsdorf,
Lakeville, Ruinberg, WestfieldItay, Corsica, Sardinia, Sicily:
Abbey, Cliff, Lakeville, Mines, WestfieldNorth Africa: El Halluf,
Sand River, Airfield For both ideas:Division limits -
There is not a hard cap I can put on divisions, what I think will
work is with the "Dynamic Division Cost" mechanic make the first X
cost a very low amount of influence and the make the next one cost
1,000,000 (or whatever unreasonable number) of influence. Plus
there is also the Mechanic that make you only earn gold for X
number of provinces, so it will kind of be division
limits. Influence - Both ideas call for removing influence,
this basically can not be done it is involved in other mechanics
that are used. We can however drastically change its value see
above plan for divisions. I understand that you all would like
more details on what and how these ideas could be implemented but I
will not have more information until I bring the idea to the
development team and I don't want to bring both ideas and have them
decide. I like both of these ideas and want to get your opinion
before I make my decision. Thanks, Big

12 Proposal The following are our goals: An intuitive system
to schedule battles Make diplomacy and rigging very difficult
Maximize income based on activity and skill Present opportunities
for clans who prefer to fight less often Let competitive clans show
off their achievements Simplify the game for new officers, and
present challenges for experienced ones.
https://imgur.com/CPVQa3h Key
points/features: Gold from clan tasks on revolts alone should
provide the highest gold income, so that strong clans are
incentivized to play off the map and mid-tier clans (or top clans
who don’t want a lot of battles) can hold a modest amount of
land for gold 4-7 roaming “firefly-like” target provinces that move
daily, one in each time zone but perhaps two in the middle
timezones. A clan task completable ONCE PER DAY adds value for
owning a target province at the end of the day. Winning all the way
through one of these tournaments should be worth roughly enough for
a full day’s income for a top three clan. Any extra target
tournaments won will be the same as the normal revolt task rewards,
so winners still earn some more but losers still get reliable
income if they make a good showing. Top and second tier clans
compete on riots as attackers for more effort and reward,
essentially bombing landowning clans on these targets and any
revolts. Defending clans earn roughly half the daily income in gold
and bonds to a clan active in three timezones off the map.
Defending landowners need to defend against top clans, or expand
into neighbors to not be split from their headquarters. Since
landowner clans that own more provinces and higher value provinces
have more revolts, they have to work harder to defend those amounts
from strong attackers seeking tasks. The clan tasks on revolts
should reward EVERY battle (win or lose) by having rewards for
damage and kills that are repeatable indefinitely, but the amount
is still limited to the number of battles the clan can play per
day. Playing for three time zones and winning all the way through
should give roughly double what owning 8-10 provinces on land would
give. These should be the main source of income for Top and second
tier clans who want lots of challenging fights. Many landings so
clans always have a way to get on land without encountering the
most competitive clans. Clan tasks for landings are worth nothing
or close to nothing (so competitive attacking clans don’t bother
with them, and only clans who want to defend land will go for them)
Landowners can earn gold at a similar rate per battle from tasks,
but they will fight fewer battles because they only fight the
defenses and occasionally regular battles Regular battles between
landowners can have a small reward, but it should not be
significant to avoid rigging Because income is mostly from
completing tasks, income is proportional to activity and skill
Riots and roaming target provinces mean there is much more map
diversity, instead of fighting the same landing every night Clans
who want to take a break can still hold land and make a modest
amount with fewer battles, and they have a good chance of getting a
firefly defense randomly. They will have to fend off strong
opponents occasionally but are rewarded if they win. If the
attacker does win, they'll likely leave on their own for the next
day's battles on revolts/targets. Key is balancing the mission
reward values such that the missions are worth enough to make the
most competitive clans go for the targets off map primarily
Province limits of 8-10, or income limits at minimum, to
disincentivize any clans from trying to monopolize too many
provinces Disable ransacks, so landowners fight strong opponents
occasionally but are not penalized as greatly for losing Same map
size and timezones No alliances No influence No tank locking Have a
ranking on the global map showing the weekly gold (or equivalent
bonds) earnings (a reset each week is more motivating than seeing a
gap over the whole season). This would be like other leaderboards
that have shown on the map.

1984BigBrother: Tankers: This is the Province Heavy idea for Clan Wars, please
leave your comments below and vote in the poll here: http://forum.worldoftanks.com/index.php?/topic/607341-season-12-ideas-for-the-global-map/#entry12173751 The
Future of Clan Wars on the World of Tanks NA Server: A
Community Plan Goals: Make Clan Wars an enjoyable experience
for all clans regardless of their strength and skill. Make
Clan Wars accessible to newer clans by reducing the complexity of
the mechanics and providing a low gold value area of the map for
them to compete on. Allow all clans to prove their worth
fighting against each other in battle rather than fighting against
the rules of the season. Solutions: No Alliance
Mechanic Alliance mechanics are a disaster for CW, contrary to what
the data from the previous season might show. The Alliance mechanic
is extremely complex and only 2-3 individuals on the entire server
have mastered it. It encourages server wide NASA style alliances
and only produced any conflict because certain clans decided they
wanted to try to prove themselves rather than farm gold. The
penalty for that decision was extreme, causing tremendous
frustration among officers and players who had to invest huge
amounts of time into the game for little reward in some
cases. Return to Clan Wars 1.0 Map A return to the Clan Wars 1.0 Europe and North Africa Map
(picture circa Jan 2013 for information purposes only) with
preferably the same gold distribution. Individual province values
will necessarily be lower due to lower server population, but the
scale should be maintained. A province worth 5k before might now be
worth 2.5k, and so on. There should not be any 0 value provinces.
Total number of provinces is approximately 320. Lower Gold
Area (i.e. North Africa) Area of the map for clans to learn the
mechanics of Clan Wars with lower gold value. There should be a
location in North Africa where the best North Africa clan would be
able to sit on slightly more gold than their counterparts. Clans
that are skilled enough to play in Europe should not have any
incentive to play in North Africa. Gold Pot Accessibility
Gold pots should be no greater than 3 provinces away from landing
zones. Wide Time Zones Time zones should be wide enough to
prevent clans from spreading out into more than 2 time zones.
Selectable Income Type If it is feasible within the mechanics,
province income type (e.g. Gold, bonds, credits, IR) should be
chosen by the clan holding the province. Clans have different
interests, and some clans need credits more than they need gold
(conversion ratios should be different than they are already in the
client; otherwise there is no point in exchanging gold for credits
on the map). Division Limit Instead of the old chip mechanics, the
current division system with the addition of division limits
(maximum 7) would limit clans from spreading out over the entire
map. Divisions, when destroyed, would be on 24h cooldown until they
could be re-landed on the HQ.44 h Province Offsets Due to the
unavailability of the old chip system and method of offsetting that
came with it, built in 15 minute province offsets will need to
remain, although other solutions are possible. Income Limit Clans
holding more than 7 provinces would only receive gold from the 7
lowest value provinces. Automatically Applied Division Modules
Division modules should be applied automatically. Forcing clans to
manually apply them creates unnecessary clicks and makes the map
more complex. Penalty for Leaving the Map If you have
held land for more than 24 hours and choose use the “leave map
button” your HQ should put onto a 24-72 hour cooldown. This allows
clans to hit landing zones/riots and pull off with no penalty and
prevents clans on the map from taking the cowards way out when
they’re losing a war. Penalty for Losing HQ Similarly, losing
your HQ and being mapped should also mean something and be more
than a minor inconvenience (a cooldown time of 24-72 hours would
accomplish this). This becomes critically important in server wars
that are drawing out with neither side able to land a knockout
blow. See Purple Dawn. HQ Movement Speed The HQ should take
more than one turn to move to prevent moving the HQ after losing a
battle on the province the HQ is on. Battle Format It should go
without saying that other staples of CW need to remain (15v15 at
Tier X, fog of war, etc). Clan Wars is end game content and any
attempt to introduce Tier 6 and Tier 8 into it is unacceptable.
That’s what Strongholds are for. Tank Locking Tank
locking is disastrous for new players because it means they have to
have a massive garage in order to compete on the map. Obviously,
this is in WG’s business interest, but it’s a significant barrier
to new players getting involved in CW. A compromise would be an
across the board reduction in lock times, roughly half of what they
are right now. Alternatively/additionally tank locking could be
eliminated in North Africa. Riot Mechanic Should remain,
although the frequency of riots should be slightly reduced.
Auctions Auctions should be removed. They serve no purpose.
Encounter Mechanic Bring back the encounter mechanic. This occurs
when two clans attack each other from adjacent provinces and their
divisions meet in the middle of the two provinces. A map is chosen
by a coin flip between the two maps the divisions originated from.
The encounter battle occurs within the standard battle (two caps,
one per team) game mode. Then, the winner attacks the loser’s
province. Map Distribution Geographically accurate map
distribution increases the sense of immersion for many players and
adds an additional element of strategy to where clans position
themselves on the global map. The original distribution on the
Europe and North Africa map was relatively accurate and would only
require some minor adjustments (e.g. Desert maps are in
geographical deserts). Gold From Missions Gold available from and
total number of missions available should be reduced, with that
gold allocated to the map, which would allow more clans to earn
income from provinces. The primary method of exposure to Clan Wars
for new clans should be North Africa. Conducting missions is fine
for getting your feet wet at 15v15 but doesn’t actually teach you
anything about how Clan Wars really works. Ghost Clans
Prohibited “Ghost Clans”, which exist only on paper to provide
offsets and don’t show up for fights are prohibited.
Leaderboard Rewards Seasons should not provide any rewards for
placing on the “leaderboard”. Any gold rewards for placement should
be allocated on the map. The reward for placing on the leaderboard
is entry into the playoffs. Political Leaderboard The
political leaderboard should not exist in this format. Distribute
the rewards from it either to the playoffs or to the map.

DomoSapien: Onto the Supertest: Make Way to British Light Tanks!
It’s a matter of days that British high-tier light tanks will crash into World of Tanks, with stealth and surprise being their element. As you know, all high-tier light tanks are born scouts. But the role can be played differently. As for the British, they do it by leveraging their small dimensions, a good view range and outstanding guns. So, the very combination gives you a clear clue how to use these vehicles to the best result: nothing is better than to recon the enemy’s position while firing them from the least expected places. Let’s take a closer look at the newcomers! New Vehicles…All in all, four vehicles will be added to the British Tech Tree, all researchable from the Cromwell, a Tier VI medium tank. So, the complete branch goes as follows:· GSR 3301 Setter (Tier VII)· LHMTV (Tier VIII)· GSOR3301 AVR FS (Tier IX)· Manticore (Tier X) It’s too early to reveal the specs of Tier VII to IX vehicles as their fine-tuning is in its full swing. We have come up with a concept for the entire of batch of British tanks and now want to test it on the top vehicle. What is known for sure is that all tanks will sport small dimensions (e.g. the LHMTV is smaller than the Bat-Chat 12t, while the profile AVR FS can be compared to that of the AMX 13 90), as well as imposing concealment abilities and a decent view range. …And Its crown jewel…

The branch is topped by the Manticore, a X Tier light tank. The name fits it perfectly as it is nothing short of a controversy of a vehicle. Despite being quite small (the Manticore is smaller than the T-100LT), it manages to bear a huge 105mm gun with excellent characteristics. Imposing armor penetration (248 mm with the standard AP round and 268 mm with the special APCR round), the alpha strike of 390 points, decent stabilization (when firing from a stationary position)—the vehicle’s got everything to be sought after. But let’s face it: it’s not perfect. Its DPM is far from impressive (4.29 shots per minute). Its stabilization when firing on the move is low. Its ammunition is so precious that you’ll have to think over each shot you are about to make. The Manticore is predator that can wait, while opting for the best place to perform the best. Once the battle begins, it takes a beneficial position to scout and inform its team on the enemy positioning. It doesn’t have to run about the map—other light tanks will do it for the Manticore. Instead, it moves from one position to another, while gradually gaining its tactical advantage. Yes, the tank can play as a scout (and this is where its small dimensions will come in handy). But it’s passive scouting while providing fire support from a distance where its talents shine the brightest. Each moment, you have to assess the situation and make decisions: is it safe to move further? Is it worth taking a shot to finish off the enemy? Or will your shot just give you away? Because, on the one hand, it’s a shame to keep such a gun idle. But on the other hand, one shouldn’t neglect the tank’s key role (that of a scout). This is where the zest of playing the Manticore lies. You have to grasp its controversial nature and, having found the perfect balance between the passive scouting and active firing, tame this steel beast. Yes, it’s a challenge, but be sure, you will be rewarded with the thrilling feeling of unique power, that other light tanks can’t get their hands on! Almost There! At the moment, the vehicles are in the closed test phase. As was said, we have chosen the branch’s top tank, the Manticore, to verify whether our gaming concept will work out. Once we’ve found the perfect balance between the fire power, concealment abilities and mobility within the given playing role, we’ll proceed to fine-tuning the rest of the vehicles of VII to IX tiers. The above characteristics are not final and can be changed during the testing. Images

Felipe6666Original: ¡Saludos, Comandantes! En cuestión de días, los tanques
ligeros británicos de alto nivel llegarán a World of Tanks, siendo
(nivel VIII) GSOR3301 AVR FS (nivel IX) Manticore (nivel

No
batalla!

is a shorter campaign, too. Not saying this is a good reason but it
is the one I got.

explain. Before Personal Fame Points (PFP) if you got the tank
and didn't want it or already had it you had no other option. This
system basically gives you other options of rewards to get if you
already have it or don't want it. They also did not make it any
more "difficult" to get. Example, Before - Top 1000 get
the tank you are number 1000 and are not going to get it you now
get nothing, now - They take the total of PFP that number 1000 has
and makes that the cost so number 1000 could get the exact same
thing as before or could choose to use their PFP to get
bonds, customizations, or other stuff. I guess the main point
I am trying to make is we didn't make it cost "more" then it
did before even though it seems like we did

?MA77: Oi, juliansantana. Vamos por partes: 1- Problemas no
Jogo Primeiramente, faça download do RevoUninstaller - utilize
a versão Free. Em seguida, faça a desinstalação tanto do World
Terminada a
limpeza, reinicie o seu computador pelo sistema. Quando o
computador estiver iniciado o sistema, verifique atualizações
pendentes do Windows - caso tenha, faça-as e reinicie o computador
Vá no site
novamente o computador. Após seguir todos os passos acima, é
hora de baixar e instalar o World of
Tanks novamente.
Login Abra o WGC, clique no ícone presente no topo superior
esquerdo.

Mission completed (2 tokens) and I'm 2 out of 7 for the next
one. My questions are: 1) Are there unlimited tokens?
2) Do I need to play a certain number of games? or get a certain
number of tokens? 3) What are the tokens good for? Just
adding to the group's total? As I see it now, I've done my
part. Got the Ace in my Chrysler so I don't need to play it
for another month. Please let me know if I have to do
more.
Thank you for your time. __WarChild__

them explode like a firework from a popular Pop star. Repeated
hits on Wheels does affect their handling and speed. The obvious
counter to this is equipping two repairs and training your crew up
in repairs. The wheels are 90% of the Tank and act like a Tank Track
where they absorb shots making them not easy to kill. However,
since they are also blind, they don't know 100% where
they are getting shot from. I Personally agree that the penalty for
handling and speed isn't high enough, but I don't make those
decisions. 2. The Accuracy is needed for the intended play
style of the Wheeled Tanks. 2 shots and the blind speeding Star has
to find cover to reload. 3. These Wheelie Tanks can easily
flip and take some time to adjust to the speed if you have been
playing slow tanks for a while. My first outing was a ten
second joyride off a hill into a firey crash. Number two was
running into a well on a map wrecking my engine and having 4 people
blast me to oblivion. I do understand your concerns as I
have also been on the receiving end of a good Wheelie driver in a
TD that made me change where I set up so I can spot and
shootearlier on if there are some on the enemy team. Keep in mind
LT's are the counter to them since they can "see" them and kinda
keep up with them. Firing at there straight -aways. If
you haven't had the chance to play one I recommend it. They are a
different play style to master and offer something new to the game.
I laughed very hard every time I crashed, then apologized to my
team.

American tank. They don't get to celebrate the birth of our
Nation on the 4th by being involved in this fun event. I have
no issue with tank rental as long as it is not gold. However
since all my VIII vehicles are elite/premium I would have to pay
for them in gold I would assume. Right now I have just I-IV
and a VI French and a Captured King Tiger American VII.
Speaking as still a new comer to your game and still reviewing just
the game is like I am disappointed where you have events that might
exclude players who want to get the full experience without having
to "pay" to play and "pay to win". As a United States Marine
(not Tank MOS) left on out of the 4th of July event seems unfair to
those who have served but also to your player base some who perhaps
hasn't wanted to venture into the higher tiers or they have but not
in the British or American tank tech tree. I sure hope you
ill find a way to enable others to play including me who perhaps
don't have access to any or the right nation's VIII vehicle.
It sounded like at the start of into to the event you were going to
make it possible for anyone to be able to play with 1 of each
category of tank that would not be premium or elite but also not at
the bottom on the chart tank. I really hope you will change
this. One MAJOR thing you left out, The French.
Their help, helped the US gain its independence. From war
supplies to old ships, to even French troops with no strings
attached in terms of territorial or economic benefits (as most say
in general terms it was a way to get back at England - an eye for
an eye and a tooth for a tooth). Several very important
people came before the France became involved the most well known,
Gilbert du Motier, Marquis de Lafayette (His full name is rarely
used; instead he is often referred to as the marquis de La Fayette
or Lafayette - only in the USA) who even our President saw him as
an adopted son and enjoyed the time the two could spend together
and the heartbreak when their friendship had to end when Lafayette
was going to return home to France. The sacrifices made by
the French soldiers, sailors and individuals should be included as
well. Of course then that would sort of say that we need to
include German VIII tanks. Yes Germany wasn't a country you
would find on a map as it still retained the name of Prussia (yes
it is more complicated than just Prussian (as it was made up parts
of the old Holy Roman Empire), but that would take too much space
to full explain, so just trying to keep as simple as possible and
without checking a source on this - so this is unverified and
unchecked understanding of Prussia and Germany nationhood.).
The Hessians numbered approx 30,000. So that is a pretty
sizeable force. Please note that instead of taking from
textbooks or other 3rd party sites, I stuck to strictly to fill in
spots/holes in this or when checking/verifying parts. So all
information is the property/copyright/ip of wikipedia and not
myself.

insights on this event. The main focus of the event is
the revolutionary war with the two main parties participating in
the battle. Yes France helped, and we are thankful for their
contribution. In addition to giving us a Lady Liberty. While these
are major factors, for the sake of the event ease is probably why
they were left out. This is just me speculating on the decisions of
higher ups that I don't have 100% concrete facts of what they are
thinking. (They think in Russian and even if I could mind read it
wouldn't come with subtitles.) The event is Tier 8 only and
seems a little weird since last week was Frontline and now this
week we are starting a campaign that is Tier 8 only. However, all
you have to do to participate is enter a code. That completes the
first mission and sets you up to earn awards in case your team
wins. Yes its not fun missing out on participating more, there are
some boosters you may have earned that make the grind to Tier 8 a
little more manageable? I very much appreciate your
feedback on our events, and hope that I addressed all your
concerns.
