Tournaments & E-Sports\Challenges\Rhine Crossing Post meridiem Challenge

cyberd1, on Mar 01 2012 - 02:08, said: If you think about it, the clan tourney actually payed out 301,600
gold plus a trip to San Fran for first place and if you were to
take the gold given to the clan and were to redistributed it to the
team members it would work out to be 18,850 gold per person plus a
trip to San Fran
.
Also if you look at it from War Gaming's point of view, for the clan tournament for first place they payed out 301,600 gold plus a trip to San Fran, where as for March's tournament for first place they will pay out a max of 74400 gold.
So when you look at it from that perspective, the clan tournament had greater prizes then March's will have.

GeneralDirection: This is correct. It's also worth noting that the next clan
tournament will also benefit from these prize pool changes. We have
a fairly complex algorithm in place to determine the prizes, and we
tweaked some of the modifiers a bit (plus added new modifiers where
it made sense to). For example, overall prize pool for clan
tournaments will be roughly three times larger than a single
Challenge, since they will not take place as frequently. Then of
course the larger teams will further increase that prize pool.
The end result is that prizes will now scale with the actual participation in the tournament, whereas they haven't in the past.

well a couple nights back i had that exact guy on my team yapping it up in mexican or whatever he speaks, and i asked him to speak english ,because if him and his 3 freinds are playing in whatever language they want ,then the rest of the team has no ideal what they are yapping about,so therefore they become a liability, but yet this same guy wants english only on the forums.
my question to the devs is if this is a north american server ,where the language of majority is english, then why isnt it enforced ingame,if i was to go on the chinese or russian server speaking english it makes one wonder what would happen.

Tanitha: Hello SARATOGA
The forums is English only except in the clan recruiting section, where clans can speak their own language for their clan recruiting thread. + the language sections made specifically for a particular language.
In game, its English only in company and garage chats.
That means there is no english only rulings for in battle.
Regards
Tan.

I don´t know how the other artys worked on that map, but I dont see a SU-26 hitting KV-3, maybe KV1S or meds.
Well we will see what happens.

A Wespe and M37 still dish out plenty of damage per shot to make them worth it. Like you said though.... I guess we'll have to wait and see what happens. I think careful team composition will be key more so in this tournament than any thus far.
