I'm thinking SerB and all the RICH guys are vacationing in southern Europe, and don't want to be bothered.  WGNA is left having to deal with WGRUs incompetence/complacency/"don't give a s**t" attitude.

It is now saying 1/64 round and 1/32 round, so there must be some kind of mistake... it´s like we were in direct elimination playoffs already. Also, in case format was changed for some reason, it seems weird to see a lot of top seeds from round 1 (like ACA, FULCRUM or CAZA) not get a  free ticket to 1/32 round, and a lot of 3rd place teams in 1st round getting direct tickets to 1/32 round...

http://worldoftanks....ing_March_16th/
Also according to my calculations, almost all the teams with 1st place top seeds from the 1st round will meet in the 1/32 round, which would make no sense...

Captain_Judo: You are correct in that the second round will be another round robin phase. With the tie breakers complete, we can proceed in creating this stage. It's not automated and needs to be manually completed.

I just got on and find out from my clan that you PM one of our players at 5 pm to give him notice of a tie breaker battle in 30 min? How are we suppposed to pull our team together in that short of time.
This is totaly crap Captain_Judo. This whole game has been jacked for nearly 30 days with times, battle schedules and clan wars. I pay quite a bit of money to play this every month and I am not getting what I pay for. This little stunt has now cost us advancement in the tourney not to mention all the time and money that I have spent getting a tank ready.
I have spent at least 12 months on tanks, recruited many people, and spent quite a bit of money, and this is what I get.
I have to say this is very unprofessional and would appreciate a reply. For now I am out of tanks. Going to War Thunder where they communicate info better.

Captain_Judo: Where did you gather that the match would be played on Monday?  :Smile_confused:
I was online around the usual 5:30 PST/8:30 EST game time to confirm that the match would be played 30 minutes later than usual. But this time was posted as of Friday when the tournament page was updated. I'm disappointed to hear that the information was missed.

Put in a Lowe or IS6 at $35.99
Wait...they're too OP for that price, aren't they.
You can purchase the M6A2E1(+12k gold) for $80 on the RU server.  You can purchase the PzKpfw V/IV(+25k gold) for $100 on the RU server.  You can purchase the A32(+12k gold) for $60 on the RU server.  They also have 3 different gold packages AND the SU-100Y on sale, and others.
Now THAT is a gift shop...
By the way...their IS6 WITH 12 large repair kits AND 12 large fire extinguishers is only $49...

I used to be perfectly happy staying on for 3+ hours a day to do clan wars. I loved keeping track of what my clan and others were doing. Now, I'm bored out of my mind and I only log on to rage at pubbies for a few doubles. Sure, you can say it's because I'm in a goldfarming clan, but what else are we to do? Clan wars goes down every week now, fights are pointless. We thought we would be in Europe for a couple weeks at most, and then all of NA would be open and we could go try to build an empire over there. So, we decided to gain as much gold as possible until then. While we were very successful in gaining provinces, we now only get about 2/3 the gold we should be getting from them because of all the downtimes. The event is over, it's time for clan wars to return back to how it always was. I want my drama back.
Also, seasons are not going to end well at all. You can expect serious arguments from me when they get a little closer (if they are what I think they are).

GeneralDirection: Obviously we are going to discuss this before April. It would be foolish not to work on it right away.

Those winners have now qualified for the two respective leagues they will play in and have nothing left to play for. It is the losers that need to advance to continue to fight for remaining spots.

Captain_Judo:
That's correct Abagadro. This will be more clear after the tournament bracket and page are correctly updated.

It isn't even the middle of March.
You (the collective WG) need to have this "come to Jesus" meeting MONDAY March 11th (the technology exists to have a global meeting... get it done).
You have had to apologize WAY TOO MUCH in the last weeks.
If you aren't having a meeting ASAP, then you truly don't understand the gravity and ramifications of the situation.
You are at a tipping point with this community.
Your ONLY priority right now should be getting Clan Wars repaired at the least.
Your goal should be getting a nearly finished product by the END OF APRIL at the latest... yes it takes time to plan, and design, and code, and implement...  What the hell has your Clan Wars dev team been doing for 6 months???
TLDR: Your meeting needs to happen ASAP.. not in April... your excuses and apologies are old and tired.  They don't mean anything to us anymore.  FIX THE PRODUCT ASAP.

GeneralDirection: There are logistics reasons the meeting can't happen earlier than that. If I could hop on a plane on Monday and fly to Belarus without issue, I would. And I'm sure everyone else in the company would. But we can't.

Come over to my Team speak and we can discuss this.  While your at it why not bring along your clan wars team so that I can speak to them and apologize for my previous attempts to lure them to CIA with promises of cookies and free platooning.

Yoott: hmmmm do you still have those cookies over there?

CW was fine till you got a new dedicated team to work on it and now its like "Houston we have a problem!" every other week now. I mean really. A year ago we never had server downtime like this it ran smoothly and worked just fine, now with all these new "awesome" additions to clan wars it breaks like a cheap toy every 2 days.

GeneralDirection: To be completely honest, it's been baffling to everyone in the company. The only thing we can point to as a cause is the increased popularity in Clan Wars recently, which is what brought about these stability issues. The Rise of the Americas event contributed to this a bit, because of the increased number of clans that were able to participate. While the event issues did suck, it helped us discover this before Clan Wars seasons started, which while not optimal (the downtime), will ensure this is fixed before we make any changes to the service itself.

GeneralDirection: No, it won't affect gold from the event at all. The event is over, so you all will receive your gold.

GeneralDirection: Tankers,
The development team discovered a stability issue with the Clan Wars service recently, and we had to disable the feature on every server globally to address it. This issue is very crippling to the service and can cause a detrimental experience, resulting in battles not counting on the global map.
We're currently expecting Clan Wars to return on March 13, 2013. This downtime is to deploy stability improvements.
Clan Wars is more popular than ever, and we appreciate everyone's interest. We apologize for the downtime, and realize that this is yet another of many issues with Clan Wars that have come up over the past two months.
Please know that we are working hard to fix this, and have scheduled a global meeting between all offices in early April to determine what must be done to ensure that Clan Wars remains a healthy part of World of Tanks moving forward.
This meeting will include producers, community managers, content managers and senior management from all offices. It will not only result in better direction for Clan Wars, but also better support for our players; including new policies to address downtime like this, and other issues which we've recently seen.
We've asked for your forgiveness and understanding a lot lately, and the downtime issues you've had to deal with are unacceptable. We hope that this meeting and the new vision for Clan Wars, and supporting policies that come out of it, will help to mend some of these wounds that we have inflicted on you.
