Trevzor: Hey there folks, Please try the following steps: -
Right-click any .wotreplay file
- Select "Open with" --> "Choose default program..."
- Make sure "Always use the selected program to open this kind of file" is checked
- Select "Browse..."
- Navigate to your World of Tanks directory (default is C:\Games\World_of_Tanks)
- Select "WorldOfTanks.exe"
- Click "Open"
- Click "OK"
- Select "Open with" --> "Choose default program..."
- Make sure "Always use the selected program to open this kind of file" is checked
- Select "Browse..."
- Navigate to your World of Tanks directory (default is C:\Games\World_of_Tanks)
- Select "WorldOfTanks.exe"
- Click "Open"

Pigeon_of_War: Hey dstud208! With more feedback we get about the
wrapper, the more updates we may look into applying to it. We first
need to find out any potential issues with it so that in a future
update those can be ironed out. So coming to the forums to comment
on the Mac Wrapper is definitely the right thing to do. As you
mentioned, normal game updates shouldn't affect the wrapper and
only affect the client overall. When we do have an updated version,
it will be announced here in the forums for all to see.

Send in a ticket to the Events team at Support, and we'll be able to look
through your records and check. Make sure to let us know

server maintenance period (typically Mon/Thu) does the trick.

the menu set to allow chat? It's nice that restarting the
game fixes the issue, but I would still send in a replay and the
usual files (DxDiag, python, WoTLauncher) into Support for us to take a look.

match, definitely send it into Support. Including the DxDiag,
python, WoTlauncher files (maybe even a 15 min pingplotter) will
help. And let us know which server you were playing on, and
around what time and time zone you're in.

into Support ATTN: Arthur Doyle (he's
one of the few who handles possible bugs). I'll tell him
to keep an eye out for this!

Recovery Tool! We are going to be disabling it for
improvements tonight at around 23:59 PDT (it's April 15th,
btw.) We will be retaining the policy for vehicle restores
(special tanks once every 180 days and premium tanks within 72
hours) but we will be handling requests through the Support system. We will be
letting you know when it will be going up again. In the mean time
we will be locking this thread. A new feedback thread will appear
