She linked from a DailyKos video.   I've found a few other issues, such as the medical examiner testifying that there was no way to determine Brown's arm position at the time he was shot, and that he found soot on one of the entrance wounds indicating the firearm was discharged at 6-9".

How to Refer A Friend   There are two different types of referrals that you can make: - A referral for a NEW player (someone who has never played World of Tanks) - A referral for an INACTIVE player (someone who has not played for at least 60 days)   To invite a player using the Refer a Friend Program, you input either - Their email address (for NEW players) - Their username, onto the “Invite Player” section of your Account Management page (for INACTIVE players)   The player that you have invited will need to accept the invitation by following the link that is provided in the email that is sent to them.   The inviting player will be able to see the different invites that they have sent out and whether or not they have been accepted.   You will earn invitations based upon how many games you have played (starting with 100 games required). You will have a maximum of 5 invitations available at any one time. Invites are only regained once a player accepts or declines your invite.   The Refer A Friend Bonus When a referred player platoons with the player that referred them, both players will receive a boost in experience earned. This amount is dependent on the factors including: when the referral was accepted and how much experience a player has earned on their account so far. You will receive the highest bonus available when platooning with multiple invitees.   Referrals are added to your Friends List. They are easily recognizable by the handshake icon next to their user name in the client. You can track the amount of experience that your referred friend has earned while platooning with you from your Account Management page.   Rewards for the Recruiter are based both on the amount of experience that the player earns while platooned with you and when playing solo or with other players. You are also rewarded with the tank when the player reaches and purchases a tier X vehicle (this is for new referrals only.)

This time around, clans are to make a Winter-themed emblem for their clan.   Emblem Contest #3 - Winter   Winter is a time when bears hibernate, heavy peacoats appear, and we try to gather over 1,000 lb. of buffalo to find that we can only carry about 100 lb. back to our wagon and...oh wait, that's Oregon Trail ©.  To show your Clan's prowess with all things Winter"-y" and to earn some gold, all you have to do is create the most Winter-inspired version of your Clan's emblem that the NA community has ever known!   How to enter In this topic: -Post your current (non-themed) emblem and your new (themed) emblem -Post your Clan tag/name -Post which player in your clan did the artwork.   Contest Rules -Clan emblem can be any of the 4 sizes (24x24, 32x32, 64x64, 195x195). -Contest closes January 4, 2015 23:59 PST -Clans may submit multiple entries, however only one per Clan will be eligible for prizes. -Clan must submit their original (non-modified) and entry (themed) emblems. -All entries must follow the overall rules for Clan emblem usage (See section 3) -Entries must adhere to the contest's theme to be eligible to win any prizes. This will be determined by WGA staff. -Entries for this contest can be placed in either this contest thread or in this one.     Emblems will be judged based on: -Creativity -Quality of editing (how good it looks) -Bonus points for how well your standard Clan emblem is modified into an emblem -How much your Clan Emblem makes Hypnotik realize that the winter weather here in San Francisco is so much better than in his hometown of Chicago. KMaus: Too many complaints / reports about inappropriate / offensive content on this thread, and it's really playing the line with the ToS / Eula. Sorry guys. We can have these discussions, but when they turn into players insulting each other, namecalling, slurring, etc, and I receive too many reports about the content, we're gonna have to shut it down. Please remember that no bullying, namecalling, cursing, etc is allowed on the forums. Politics, religion and social issues like this are important, and we should talk about them. But this isn't the place. Keep it clean and appropriate, please.
