That said, Victor seems to be in the photo. I recall a
couple years ago seeing them drive T35 out of the warehouse for
restoration. Having seen it in person, it really is a very, very
big tank.

The_Chieftain: It has been an interesting read. Personal commentary follows:
I have three immediate thoughts. 1) Those guys don't know as
much about what WG is up to as they think they do. We've actually
become relatively good at keeping secrets. 2) I'm glad I didn't
jump ship to Obsidian/My as some WG staff did. I was approached
more than once. 3) Was disappointed to read of Jinxx getting
laid off. I didn't always agree with his thinking, but the man was
dedicated to improving the game. He went to The Other Game (there's
a fortuitous acronym) with a list of suggestions and player
requests he couldn't find traction for with WG and the intent of
implementing them. I firmly believe, for example, that AW's
artillery mechanic was absolutely his doing as the small
alpha/high ROF thing with CB was a large talking point in WoT and
something he had been pushing for with no traction at the time.
Ditto sixth sense for everyone. Plus he's
an overall nice guy. That said, I don't think OEI's
departure changes anything for us. Sure, we took a look at the game
when it came out. I was not the only person to do a write up on
things I liked and did not like in the game. But by and large,
aside from occasional squabbles over advertising real estate, we
basically ignored them put our heads down, and kept focus on WoT. A
basic maxim of tactics is to not let the other guy dictate the
fight.

Aloeus, I really don't have a problem with an arty not being
able to help a fast folding flank or the like. I view it as a force
multiplier. If there is no force there to multiply, it won't do any
good. Put it another way, artillery as a support class should be
able to provide that nudge which can tip the balance from one side
to the other.

The_Chieftain: I think it is what you make of it. I strongly suspect that if you
watch my stream and compare with, say, QB's stream, you will find a
dramatic difference in attitude between when I get killed by
artillery vs him. You will note that I not infrequently vocalize a
concern about being in one place for too long just before I get
hit. And when I do dramatically explode, usually I say something
like that I should have known better. I am am not a
fan of the markers that show where you got hit from, and what by.
It continues the dumbing down trend of the game. I have attempted
to use them as a guide to return fire down the line of bearing as
they are more precise, but I don't believe I have ever
achieved a blind hit with it yet.

better 10 is okay. An image will only show a specific point. If you
have the file it will show all the hops in a graph, and you are
able to look at specific points in that graph. It will tell you far
more information than that of an image. My suggestion is to submit
a ticket to support with that file attached if you'd genuinely like
help. They do usually go through a troubleshooting procedure that
does involve a network reset if possible. If you have done this
please let them know, and any other troubleshooting. When we
have server issues we really need to have as much information as
possible to narrow down an issue. The more the better. Not saying
this issue is or is not on your or our end, just that in the event
of an issue we do ask for help. As we did recently. I

past statistics.This has two flaws. 1) Although it is certainly
true that 'good-guy-with-a-gun' rarely stops spree shootings, the
times that 'good guy with a gun' happened to be present and engage,
there has never, as far as I know, been a case where the police
have shot the wrong guy. Even if the shooting is not stopped,
incidents like the Chatanooga recruiting center or the Trolley
Square Mall indicate that there is very definitely a useful result
of having someone at least distract if not drive off the shooter
and limit the casualty toll below that which it would otherwise
have been had there been no armed presence at all, until local law
enforcement show up. Actually, I can't think of any incidents where
'good guy with a gun' actually caused more trouble than otherwise
already existed. 2) Frequently 'good-guy-with-a-gun' stops an
incident (either by force or threat) before it gets to the level of
spree shooting which resulted in being recorded in the Federal
spree shooting database to begin with. Another part of the
argument is that if Mr Klepper had to be 'trained in the basics of
using a gun', then he's hardly representative of a lot of the
population who do carry firearms for purposes other than proving or
disproving media experiments. Generally speaking, folks who carry
are more likely to be the sort of person who go to the range for
fun. Heck, I don't carry (Yay, California Bay Area) but I've
attended courses in practical shooting put on by off-duty cops.

versions of the game, or different like the Sandbox client? Could

Saffr0n: This happens when you use a multi-monitor setup,
which isn't fully supported by the game client. There is a
workaround using XVM, but you'll need to tinker with those
settings.

Thank You Very Much in advance.Saffr0n: There have been a couple WWise updates with the last few
patches. The game introduced new sound settings for
headphones/laptop speakers and multi-channel setups. If your mods
aren't at fault, it's likely that you selected sound settings
that don't apply to the device that they're using. Try
starting the game in Safe mode before moving onto changing your
device settings. If you're using headphones or
laptop speakers, use autoselection or 2.0/2.1 unless your
headset supports multi-channel (you should know if your headset
supports it). You're not going to get improved sound by using
multi-channel if your sound peripheral doesn't support it or you
don't have enough speakers for a 5.1 or 7.1 setup.

Also , the switch between cruise control and "W"
key for full throttle have some complications. even though I push
"R" ( my key for forward cruise control ) 3 times , it seems to
stay locked in second speed and doesnt reach top speed unless I
press "W" ( forward key). It doesnt switch back to cruise control
after using standard forward key as well.

separate directories. Reset your internet connection. Allow
firewall exception for CT client Does your son have administrator

fitting/seeing the WGC please drag the bottom right corner to find
a resolution that is best for you. We are also working on how to
make it more visible and easier for players in future versions, and
compatible with more graphics cards and different monitor
arrangements.
