GhostPrime:   An image is not evidence of an issue, you need to do a test over time, and display all the servers to see where the PL originates. Please send in a ticket to support with your findings. If there are issues, we need to know about it, and see where this packet loss originates. If we indeed have an issue, we can look into the matter. Thanks
