Q2: So, just as a confirmation, "Armor Thickness" in the HE formula have nothing to do with the angle of impact / armor slope?

In the new WG TV episode you announced that players from Ru server will be able to play on Eu server and vice - versa, using one login screen. I have a Ru server AND an Eu server account, both of them are registered on the same E-Mail, so how will this work? Will I still need a Russian localized client to play my Russian account, but I will simply pick which server I want to join, or will ALL the accounts be accessible from 1 client? Overlord: Most likely we will keep the account databases separated as they
are now and use roaming feature, i.e. temporary account transfer.
So it won't be a problem if you have accounts on both servers
registered to the same login.

I don't like Lowe, T59, KV5 i think is ok but too slow and tier 5 premium don't earn cash. I would happily buy an M26 Pershing Premium

Q.1 Are there any plans to add the ability to make any tank in game a premium! for example M26 Pershing, pay X amount of gold but now this tank is a premium?

2. Armor has HE absorption rate specified per mm of its thickness. The thicker the armor, the better it absorbs HE damage.

Overlord: HE are not useless. You need to adjust to the new mechanics.
We have conducted our own tests to assess the decrease of HE damage for various guns and targets. Small calibers (under 120mm) suffered most, especially when fighting heavy-armoured opponents like IS-3, IS-4, Maus, E-100. Damage to medium-armoured targets (for 105 HE) on average has seen 20-30% reduction (that depends greatly on where exactly you hit). Damage to light-armoured tanks practically hasn't changed.
For large calibers (over 120mm), the impact isn't that significant.
To minimize the slipping effect of the new mechanics, always aim at weakspots, especially when fighting heavies. Front armor effectively absorbs HE damage, especially if it has spaced armour (skirts).
