Hunter1911:   I am sorry you are having issues with playing the game, but that is not cause to address other forum posters in a hostile manner.   We have different departments for different projects, not everyone in the company has the same skills nor is everyone fitting to carry out identical tasks. Therefore sadly we cannot provide you with an answer you would like to hear. But that is not the reason we should stop doing our own job.
Certain things regarding the game are done by the developers and programmers, some things are done by community team, others by customer support and this video was made by the Military Specialist Team. No resources were taken away from the game development in creation of this video.
 
For analogy's sake it is like with civil service; You have Fire Department and You have Police Department.
Firemen are not tasked with handing out tickets and catching criminals and Police officers are not fit to put out fires, even though both dept. are part of civil service.
 
If you would task all civil service employees to patrol the streets, you would have no one to put out the fires and vice versa.   This video is a rare piece of media where you can, not only learn more about a part of history, but you can also see an interior of an iconic vehicle. In my personal opinion, this content is valuable not only for WoT players, but also for any avid tankie or historian.   As for your issue, I would kindly recommending contacting our support service. They are more equipped to deal with your issue than The_Challenger is.

Tanatoy: Parce que tout le monde n'est pas touché par ce souci. Que d'abord, il faut déterminer ce que c'est exactement, le nombre de joueurs qui ont été touchés, le nombre de joueurs premium parmi ceci etc...Voilà pourquoi, c'est tout simplement aussi simple que ça.

Ellendway:   Momentálně bohužel nemáme informace o tom, zda-li se bude něco nahrazovat či nikoli. Pokud tomu tak bude, uveřejníme o tom novinku zde na fóru a na portálu. 

Ellendway:   To není až tak úplně pravda. Vývojáři momentálně pracují na hotfixu, který by tyto věci měl opravovat. Bohužel nemám k dispozici více informací (kdy to vyjde, co vše se bude opravovat, atd.). 

Ellendway:   V současné době bohužel k tomuto nemáme informace. Pokud se bude něco podobného dít, budou o tom hráči informováni na fóru a na portálu. 

Ellendway:   Kdo říkal, že hraji v pracovní době? 

Ellendway:   Malý tip, který snad pomůže.    Když přejedeš myší přes jakékoli nastavení grafické nastavení, tak ti hra přesně řekne co jaké nastavení dělá a zda jeho vypnutí / zapnutí zvedá / snižuje výkon. 

Ellendway:   Osobně jsem v poslední aktualizaci nezaznamenal snížení / zvýšení výkonu. V práci hraji na maximální detaily (plně bez modifikací) a mám něco kolem 50 FPS. Doma hraji na méně výkonném počítači (Intel Core i5-2400 @ 3.20GHz, NVIDIA GTX 440, 4GB RAM), na kterém běží Ubuntu 14.04 LTS. Hru mám přepnutou do standardní grafiky a také nemám problém s plynulostí hry. Pohybuji se kolem 30 - 40 FPS a to bohužel jen díky tomu, že tam je Ubuntu.

Ellendway: Monitorujeme problémy s vytvářením bitev a jakmile to bude možné, problém bude opraven a bude nahrán hotfix.    Pokud se nemůžete přihlásit s nějakým tankem, doporučuji zkusit jinou bitvu, jiný tank či jinou národnost. 

Ellendway:   Ano, je tam chyba a opravíme ji. Naši vývojáři již pracují na hotfixu, který by měl mnoho z problémů vyřešit a odstranit. Bohužel v současné době neznám přesné datum nebo více informací o tom, jak a kdy bude hotfix probíhat.

Ellendway:   Bohužel provést downgrade na starší verzi je zcela nemožné. Je více než možné, že by taková věc zabrala daleko více času než opravování současných problémů.    Již delší dobu se pracuje na hotfixu mnoha problémů. Bohužel nemáme stále pevné datum, ale bude to brzy.

Ellendway:   Máš nějaký screenshot, případně replay? Samozřejmě jako první věc, která je potřeba je aktualizace ovladačů grafické karty, vymazání modifikací, případně vymazání souboru Preferences, aby se předešlo možným chybám na straně uživatele. 

Ellendway:   O problému s nižšími FPS víme a vývojáři již pracují na odstranění problému. Pokud hra neběží na solidní FPS ani na standardním grafickém nastavení, kontaktuj prosím naši zákaznickou podporu s výsledky z WGcheck, aby mohli celou věc prošetřit a předat dále.   

Ellendway:   Je pravdou, že většina laptopů není určena pro hry, avšak najdou se i výjimky jako například Alienware nebo řada Republic of Gamers od ASUS. Bohužel ne každý si může dovolit převážet neustále 10kg počítač, když jede do práce, školy...

nRicochet: Vielen Dank für euer Feedback bis hierhin und hier auch noch einmal die Ansage, dass wir natürlich weiterhin an der Lösung der Crashprobleme arbeiten. Vorübergehend scheint es zu helfen, wenn man die Grafikdetails auf "Standard" zurück setzt.     Das ist natürlich nur eine vorübergehende Lösung und nicht im Sinne der Entwickler. Die arbeiten übrigens gerade an einem kleinen Patch, um die Probleme zu beheben. Sobald wir Informationen zu den Fragen "Was ist in dem kleinen Patch?" und "Wann kommt er?" haben, geben wir euch sofort Bescheid.
