Karlie: Issue was fixed. Tier 6 and tier 8 could be possibly played as scheduled for 19:15 and 19:30. I will keep it running in case some people got correct invite and were able to play those. I will as well check for results from tier 4 If someone was lucky to get the proper invite. If we get some results, I will set Playoff for those as well. The previous compensation message still stays due to all the issues.

Es gab einige Fragen bezüglich des gelb markierten Mods zum Thema "Berechnung der Tarnung im Gefecht" und was das eigentlich bedeutet. Es gibt Mods, die die "zu erwartende" Aufklärung durch den Gegner dem Spieler anzeigen, also ob er wahrscheinlich durch die Sichtweite des gegnerischen Panzers und der Tarnung des eigenen Fahrzeugs aufgedeckt wird. Diese Funktion ist im Moment geduldet, aber das kann sich mit zukünftigen Updates ändern. Was das Thema Safeshot angeht - wie bisher auch von unserer Seite aus kommuniziert können und werden wir keine einzelnen Mods absegnen, sondern nur Funktionen. Daher können wir auch zum Thema XVM, was eine Modsammlung darstellt, nur das gleiche schreiben wie bisher auch. Was ich aber bestätigen kann ist, dass die Funktion eines Mods, die verhindert einen Verbündeten zu beschießen ist, erlaubt ist. Ich hoffe ich konnte euch damit helfen, lg, Crysantos

As I mentioned before the thread has been the perfect example of why we should pay more attention to the moderation of the clan section, however we understand that you guys don't want to lose the actual worthwhile discussion that happened in there.

The moderators are currently working on cleaning the thread so we can restore it without all the posts that violated some of the forum rules. Since this will be quite a challenge, it will take some time.

As soon as the thread is clean we will reopen it and you will be able to use it to discuss clan related matters again. Until then, hang tight, follow the rules, and don't forget that we will pay way more attention to what's going on in this section.

Berbo: - Dates were correct from what I can recall, as for the length of the tournament it was damn too long, next one I hope will not take more than a 7 days (max 10) - That is impossible, we don't have this feature in our admin tool, I'd love to have this option though - This is a bit subjective, some maps will always be campy or not attractive - We tried, there was a lack of interest from EN contributors and the one that wanted cancelled 2 days before the stream - Money rewards are higher than gold ones, we're thinking of only giving money to 1st place and to balance out other rewards more correctly. I see your point - Also not available at the moment, if we ever get this feature we'll try to do skill based seeding, we want this too I can assure you. Thanks for the feedback!

We don’t condone this type of behavior in any other section and we won’t condone it in the Clan section either! As always, you guys are free to discuss clan matters in a civil manner and you are of course free to start a new, clean thread to discuss inter-clan topics. However I’ve instructed the moderators to pay special attention to this section for now to ensure that the forum rules are observed. Please be aware that the mods will be extra vigilant in handing out severe sanctions. Ectar: Wait woah woah woah. Freedom of speech is something commonly thrown about on the internet with people not knowing what the hell they're talking about. It seems to mainly stem from any American mentioning the First Amendment which in the USA is a right for people to put across their opinions and ideas without the government censoring them.
In other countries world wide the term "Freedom of Speech" has very different standards regarding what's acceptable or not. The majority of them don't allow national, racial or ethical targeting. (like for example deliberately trying to upset a nation of people by using common ethnic slurs). Freedom of Speech is not a free pass to say whatever you want and act like there is no repercussions or subject that is out of limits. Now this forums is not administered by the government of any country. Your access to these forums is not a right, it's a privilege granted by a private entity based upon you accepting and following rules and guidelines set by that entity. If you disagree with those rules you're free to stop posting. Sorry to chime in with this, but when people name drop "freedom of speech" pretty much most have no idea what that term actually covers them for (and that's before we get into the many differences the term covers depending on which country you are based).

Du coup il faut toujours vérifier le contenu des packs ou l'impact d'un mod en jeu pour éviter les mauvaises surprises. Passer son client de jeu vanilla avec toutes les améliorations qu'on a apporté à l'interface ces derniers mois, ce n'est pas difficile. Ph3lan: Naming and shaming was only one of many rule violations in the thread. The guys creating clone threads and the people posting racist, offensive etc posts in those topics are also clearly violating the forum rules and they will receive the appropriate punishment. Interestingly these same people are the most vocal about punishing the cheater in question. As I explained in the clan section, there are ways to report cheating in the game (creating a support ticket), naming and shaming and creating forum topics about it is not the way to go.

Ph3lan: As I said in the OP, there are proper ways to deal with and report cheaters in the game, using the forum for naming and shaming is not one of them. (you can send a support ticket here) We want to catch and punish cheaters, but starting a witch-hunt is not the way to do it.
