Berbo: I've pretty much explained the issue in the info and updates topic, also here on a few occasions but I see it's not enough so I'll try to elaborate again. I'm FULLY aware how unhappy you are, you said it many times and it's something we deserve when issues happen. It doesn't matter what caused it, we as organizers are responsible, even if the lightning struck our servers.   Now when we got this sorted, let's address what happened.    There are some backend issues for last 3 days, I was afraid it would happen today and for group stage it didn't. There were 4 battles who never finished but it didn't affect the tournament. For play off the same thing happened. And as you know in play off when a round finishes 2nd one starts but if all teams from previous rounds didn't finish their games, then the round will start without them causing even more issues.   At this point the best solution we could do is to reset the battles for quarterfinals, unfortunately we can't stop invites if they are already active ingame. As this was the case the notification was posted on the forum and all captains should follow it, actually MUST follow it. But the reality is there's a very low amount of players who watch the forum BEFORE the problem and they mostly come afterwards to complain, but nevermind that. The only notification we could do was forum, and we did it on many posts and replied as much as we could.   Once again, I'm really sorry for the issues, we couldn't do anything to prevent them and the solution we provided was the only viable at the time but of course many of you will be unhappy.   the scores will not be changed, nor additional battles played (assuming everything works well until end of the evening)   Best regards

Berbo:     I'm sorry, I did a full reset as it was hard to know which game/group is affected. The reset applies only to website unfortunately that's why I spammed the forum with info hoping teams will see.   I hope enemy team will be fair and let you pass

Ce qui vous avez aimé, ce que vous avez trouvé pas top et vos suggestions.   Ce n'est pas un sujet pour régler vos comptes et dénoncer des joueurs ou des clans. Si vous avez un rapport à faire à ce sujet, c'est au support client pas sur le forum.   Pour l'instant votre avis se résume à le T6 est difficile et fastidieux et le T8 était bien plus agréable. Berbo: Due to an issue with the system in Ro32 and Ro16, we had to stop all quarter final battles!   As invite is out it's still possible some games are still being played, if you can see this message, don't play those battles. We will have to remake them

Ty jsou klasifikovány jako podvodné a jejich užití není povoleno.   Níže jsou uvedeny modifikace, které spadají do této kategorie. Hráči, kteří je budou používat, budou potrestáni.   Módy, které odhalují pozici nepřátel způsobem, jenž není zahrnut v běžném herním klientovi, a to označováním zničených objektů na mapě a minimapě v reálném čase, úpravou zobrazení trasírek granátů, nebo výpočtem polohy nepřátelského dělostřelectva pomocí trasírek a jeho následným označením, stejně tak jako ty, které udržují odhalená vozidla označená i přesto, že na ně nemíříte. Software, který usnadňuje odražení nepřátelského granátu vyznačením jeho přesného záměrného bodu, například laserovým paprskem. Modifikace, které vás upozorní na to, když odhalená vozidla nabíjí, nebo ukazují čas nabíjení nepřátelských vozidel. Automatické zaměřování, nebo také „aimboty“, které poskytují více funkcí, než jen "uzamčení cíle", jako v běžném klientovi, zejména však těch, jež zaměřují na slabá místa nepřítele a/nebo automaticky předsazují na cíl, takže se podvodník může soustředit na manévrování se svým tankem. Software, který umožňuje automatické použití neprémiových spotřebních doplňků. Módy, které pomáhají najít nepřítele tak, že vám dovolí upravit průhlednost objektů na mapě. Software, který zanechává „duchy“ nepřátelských vozidel na bojišti tam, kde byla naposledy odhalena. Módy, které skutečně mění fyzické vlastnosti, charakteristiky výkonu, nebo mají vliv na jakékoliv vozidlo, nebo objekt ve hře, nebo podkopávají pravidla hry.   Je na rozumném uvážení každého hráče, zda módy, které používá spadají do kategorie ze spoileru/článku, zda poskytují výhodu ve hře a zda vykazují zakázané charakteristiky nebo ne. Je také vlastním rozhodnutí každého hráče, zda bude mód xy používat či ne a ponese tak s tím související riziko.

Berbo: @Others, we divided teams into 10 play offs, you'll play 6 rounds this evening. 3x Bo1 and 3xBo3   In case of a draw in any game, it will mean a disqualification for both teams. ONLY for the final game, in case of a draw with results 1:0 or 0:1, this will be considered as a win. In case of 0:0 in the finals. We'll arrange a rematch for those two teams. Probably sometimes during the next week. Or even on next Saturday before the show.   Have fun

dies_ari:   Wie im Portalartikel schon gesagt, heißt ein nicht geschlossener Thread nicht, dass der Mod auch erlaubt ist - es dauert eine lange Zeit, die alten Threads durchzusehen und bei jetzigem Verstoß gegen die Regeln zu schließen. Die Threads werden auch nach Reports überprüft, soll heißen, wenn ihr einen Thread zu jetzt verbotenen Mods seht, dann lasst es uns bitte wissen!

Berbo: As you may notice some huge gaps between the rounds, 21 minutes for a 7 minute game. You may wonder why...    First reason is a huge amount of teams, 1309 to be exact and the system adds time between games to ensure a smooth invite sending and game processing. Second reason are the issues we had with our system on Thursday and Friday (not sure if CW issues are connected) due to some server side problem. I simply added a few minutes more to minimize the chance for issues.   Let's hope everything will be ok and we'll get 10 best teams to play in finals on Saturday   Regards

Ein von WG zertifiziertes Modpack ist eine gute Idee, und diese wurde auch schon weitergegeben. Soetwas geschieht aber, wenn überhaupt, sicher nicht von heute auf morgen  

MrConway: Just to clarify some of the questions I have seen around the thread here.   We used a well-proven and tried method to analyze our server and game logs in order to determine which players did not adhere to the event's very strict rules.   In the interest of fairness towards all the players who did follow the rules, we had to exclude any such players and while I am sorry that you might be missing out on your prize, the onus of following the rules was on you.   While you can of course contact customer support if you were excluded, we will not be able to provide specifics as to why you were excluded as this would compromise our methods and make them less effective in future.   To everyone else: Thanks for participating and enjoy your well-earned prizes!

MrConway: Unfortunately it appears that there was a technical issue with our clan wars system yesterday evening and we are fully aware how serious it is.   We are currently investigating the cause of the issue and looking into how we can fairly fix this for all of the clans affected by this issue.   I will give you guys an update as soon as I have more information from the developers on this. There is no need to contact customer support at the moment, any compensation will be given directly on the server side!   We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused!

I am sure someone from Community will show up with explanation or more info later (but it will not be today as there is no one from them here so late) Besides the devs are still on it so they wouldn´t have any info for you at this point either.

Karlie: Hi guys, as I was having issues in eSports section with tournament I reported it and saw CW is as well having issues (not sure If connected) Just wanted to let you know that the devs are looking into it at this moment. There is not much info I can give you now. Only wanted to let you know they are aware and on it.  

Karlie: Thank you, once I will know more about the issue, I will check all affected teams and compensate you based on your progress within the tournament. More info will follow on Monday. So far from what I saw from some players, CW was as well affected but not sure If that issue is the same. Will let you know on Monday.
