The Fearsome Trio - Questions here!

Berbo: I've pretty much explained the issue in the info and updates topic, also here on a few occasions but I see it's not enough so I'll try to elaborate again. I'm FULLY aware how unhappy you are, you said it many times and it's something we deserve when issues happen. It doesn't matter what caused it, we as organizers are responsible, even if the lightning struck our servers.   Now when we got this sorted, let's address what happened.    There are some backend issues for last 3 days, I was afraid it would happen today and for group stage it didn't. There were 4 battles who never finished but it didn't affect the tournament. For play off the same thing happened. And as you know in play off when a round finishes 2nd one starts but if all teams from previous rounds didn't finish their games, then the round will start without them causing even more issues.   At this point the best solution we could do is to reset the battles for quarterfinals, unfortunately we can't stop invites if they are already active ingame. As this was the case the notification was posted on the forum and all captains should follow it, actually MUST follow it. But the reality is there's a very low amount of players who watch the forum BEFORE the problem and they mostly come afterwards to complain, but nevermind that. The only notification we could do was forum, and we did it on many posts and replied as much as we could.   Once again, I'm really sorry for the issues, we couldn't do anything to prevent them and the solution we provided was the only viable at the time but of course many of you will be unhappy.   the scores will not be changed, nor additional battles played (assuming everything works well until end of the evening)   Best regards
