being the boosters aren't the focal point, they're a part of the
large picture of things to encourage people to get to tier 10s

kullanılan ve bizim duygu birikimlerimizi ifade etmekte
kullandığımız tabirlerdir. Neredeyse bir deyim halini almışlardır.
Bugüne kadarda ben bu tarz cümleler yüzünden kimsenin rencide
olduğunu görmedim de, kullanılmasının yasaklandığını hiç görmedim.
Ben burada yapılan bir çok moderasyonel işlemin işgüzarlık
sınıfına girdiğini düşünüyorum. Geçen ki konuda da gösterilen
tepkiler bu yüzdendi. Mesela "Eş
seçimi hk." konusu benim ilgimi çeken bir konu değildi, girip
okumadım bile içeriğini, ilk mesajda tam olarak ne yazdığını
bilmiyorum ama sizin yazdıklarınızdan anladığım kadarıyla hastalık
ismi geçti diye, bir konu içeriğinin tamamını silip, konuyu da
kitlemişsiniz. Neden ? Bu yaklaşım doğru bir yaklaşım mıdır ? Bizim
özellikle takıldığımız nokta bu. Yani diyelim ki,
konu içerik olarak bir çok kullanıcının belki ilgisini
çekmeyebilir, fakat size göre forum kurallarına aykırı bir tane
cümleden dolayı, o cümleyi editleyip, kullanıcıya bir uyarı notu
yazmak yerine, kökten konuyu kapatıyorsunuz. Bunu yaparken de
hatalı bir şekilde yapıyorsunuz ve "konuyu alakasız konuların
tartışılmasından dolayı" diye bir tabirle kitliyorsunuz. Daha
sonra buraya gelip bir yanlışlıklar olur arada diyorsunuz ama
yanlışlığın ne olduğundan bahsetmiyorsunuz. Sadece konuyu kitleme
sebebini değiştiriyorsunuz. Bu da yetmiyor bir de sanki tehditvari
bir üslupla şu alakasız cümleyi kuruyorsunuz "Bilmem yasak modlar
hakkında konuşmak istermisin ? Malum en aktif konumuz bu !"
. Burada anlamadığım bu yazının arkadaşa verdiğiniz cevapla
alakası ne ? Bende oluşan algı şu direkt olarak, arkadaş konuyu
fazla uzatma, bak hile yapmaktan dolayı ban yemiştin sen zaten,
açtırma benim ağzımı burada. Dünden beri takip ediyorum bu
konuyu yazmayacağım dedim ama saçmalamada harbiden tavan yaptınız.
İnsanları konu açmaktan, birşeyler tartışmaktan korkar hale
getirdiniz. Ben şimdi yeni bir konuya başladım, belki birilerinin
ilgisini çeker diye, ciddi de emek vereceğim eğer devam edersem
konuya. Şimdi korkuyorum 2 gün sonra küt diye yazdığım bir cümleden
dolayı konum kitlenir mi, mesajlarım silinir mi. Benim forumdan ban
yemek umurumda değil, sadece verdiğim emeğin boşa gidip gitmemesi
umurumda. Sizler böyle yaptıkça bizler bu forumda mesaj
atamayız. Olumlu bir gelişme olarak o tahrik edici
GIF'i imzandan kaldırmışsın, tebrik ve teşekkür ederim bu
kararından dolayı ama lütfen bazı konularda da empati kurmaya
çalışarak uygulayın forum kurallarını. Birisi ısrarla forum
kurallarını ihlal ediyorsa ve düzeni bozmaya çalışıyorsa elbette
gerekli yaptırımları uygulayın. Ama şu konu kilitleme ve bir
kelimeden dolayı tüm mesajı silme olayından vazgeçin lütfen.
Umarım anlatmak istediğimi düzgün bir şekilde ifade edebilmişimdir.

durmaması kararındaydım ve zaman geldiğinde bu konuyla
ilgilenilmesini istedim lakin sebep yazımına yanlış bir şey

Licht ins Dunkle bringen.
Das Turnier findet in einem Format statt, bei dem die Teamcaptains (World of Tanks Streamer, wie beispielsweise Mailand als deutschsprachiger Community Contributor) ein Team aus Zuschauern bilden (25 Spieler insgesamt pro Team), somit hat von unser Seite aus jeder Spieler eine Chance sich an dem Turnier zu beteiligen. Aktuell sucht Mailand sogar noch nach tatkräftigen Mitstreitern, folgende Nachricht findet ihr in seinem Community Discord. Nachricht
Während der Preispool vom Goldwert dem eines
Clanwars-Turniers entspricht, haben wir die Belohnungen so
angepasst, dass jedes Team auf jeden Fall mit Gewinnen aus dem
Turnier hervor geht. Zudem werden alle Hardware-Preise und
mindestens 50% des Goldbudgets für Giveaways und andere
Streamaktivitäten genutzt und somit direkt an euch, die Community,
verteilt. Sollte das mit dem Goldwert noch nicht transparent genug
gewesen sein, hier nochmal kurz Erklärung: Es wird nicht einfach
Gold auf die Konten der Contributoren gepackt, sondern es wird
ihnen ein Budget zur Verfügung gestellt, dass sie für
Premiumspielzeit, Panzer, Stile und anderes verwenden können.
(Ob man sich darüber beschweren sollte, dass die Community
ja jetzt einfach so viel umsonst bekommt, obwohl es ja nur nen
Stufe I-Spaßturnier ist, sei dahingestellt. 
Zudem wird bei einem Clan-Turnier die
Beute ja auch nur durch die Anzahl der Spieler geteilt.)
Dann zum Thema "Wieso Stufe I-Panzer?" - wie vermutlich einige
mitbekommen haben, wurde in den letzten Artikeln zu Clan-Turnieren
und Clan-Events viel über Nutzung von schwer-zugänglichen Panzern
wie dem Obj 907, Obj260, ... oder auch Equipment für Anleihen
geredet. Dieses Event ist ein Spaß-Turnier für die Community
angelehnt an den 1. April, jede/r hat die Möglichkeit in
seinen/ihren Leichttraktor zu steigen mit einer Werkzeugkiste,
Tarnnetz und Scherenfernrohr und ohne eine einzige
Premium/Special-Granate.

type de char a sa place dans world of tanks; il est possible que
cette classe de véhicule soit retrtavaillée mais elle restera
présente.

Delhroh: Saludos, Como ya sabéis una de reglas del foro se llama
"Naming & Shaming" la cual impide "reírse, menospreciar, insultar
y/o mencionar a terceros / jugadores con dicho fin".
Recientemente hubo algunos hilos que se ensuciaron con comentarios
de este tipo y varios jugadores han sido sancionados por ello.
Debéis recordar algo importante: El Staff / moderación
desconoce el grado de amistad que tengáis con el usuario A o B, y
si le hacéis una broma que puede ser considerada "naming & shaming"
serás sancionado por ello. Moderación no tiene la verdad
absoluta y puede cometer errores. Cualquier sanción puede ser
perfectamente reclamada siempre que sea de forma civilizada.
El primer Warning point NO ACARREA NINGÚN TIPO DE SANCIÓN. Lo
mismo ocurre con los "recordatorios". No llevan implicita
ningún tipo de sanción. He recibido reclamaciones poco
amistosas de varios jugadores que han recibido 1 Warning Point... y
sin recibir sanción alguna en el foro. Recordemos que
actuar en "caliente" lo único que os puede acarrear son sanciones a
vuestra cuenta por lo que os recomiendo prudencia a la hora de
enviar mensajes privados o reclamaciones poco comedidas. El
equipo de moderación de Wargaming Europa.

prizes, but it's also important to remember that the prizes and
rewards are given to everyone and the intention to reward those
already playing or maybe encouraging them to play more. That's why
I don't believe I'm missing the point and I need to highlight the
importance of rewarding current behavior.

don't even know if a tier 8 tank has 4 blueprint fragments, or
more? The second Combat Intel picture I posted above suggests some
tanks need 9 fragments? Finally, if I can't earn national ones, how
do I get them? It seems bizarre that people who have not researched
all tanks can save up their national ones and get a headstart on a
new line, but I will have to wait to earn some national ones when
the line appears, or not get the discount. I hope that helps
clarify what I do know, and what I don't, as well as why I'm
confused.
P.S. I know I'm raising these questions from the point of view of the Swedish mediums, but that's more as an example...the questions apply regardless of which nation gets the next new tank in it's tech tree.

on answering So you receive
national blueprints, if you have all of the vehicles in that nation
researched it will automatically exchange into a Universal
Blueprint. So if you go to the Depot and then to the
blueprints section you will be presented with this screen:
If you go to an individual vehicle (I know
you've seen this already, but shows you the breakdown):
So from this, you are able to break down
the blueprint resources you have available. The way
you earn them: You get them randomly, mostly you will receive
national blueprints and they will convert to universal when you're
full on that nation. I have received a universal on its own (so
far). In the second picture, you can see the
requirement for each fragment and each fragment contributes that
percentage highlighted. You should be able to earn national ones
again once you have a line not researched. I
understand that the system doesn't seem perfect, but it's also
important to highlight that this helps so that people who don't
have many tanks unlocked will be able to generate a lot of
blueprints for those nations which will be in high demand while

involved in the past as you may remember, it's something I want to
fix and be more involved in. And at the very least is making sure
we still try to make the tournament enjoyable, as I'm sure you

tournament + hardware prizes worth several k's of euros and then
showmatch was a side activity with a lower prize pool. Now
comparing showmatch prize pool with this event's prize pool is
wrong. Additionally, most of these rewards will be for
viewers and not for participants with the accent on fun and it will
be played across 2 days with significantly more games. I

information is had and that full understanding is gained, something
unfortunately slows things like this down but I always want to make
sure not jumping into things without all the information.
