Lol it finally happened:

eekeeboo:   The main reason is that the rules are quite strict when it comes to usernames and due to our legal obligations with things like PEGI rating. So this will be mostly down to the correct application of the renaming process due to reports or being flagged. I am in no way saying we are perfect and flawless in this approach, but the intention is to provide a consistent approach and handling of usernames. We are working on this issue and as it continues to evolve we will sometimes make some mistakes, but we never intend to harm our players experience with the game. I highlighted in another thread the particular issues that are faced and I will have more information to share soon once further investigation takes place.

eekeeboo:   The player will have a rename to change the name in line with the rules and not attempting to bypass the previous rule broken.   

eekeeboo:   It can take a fair bit of time to make sure all the information is had and that full understanding is gained, something unfortunately slows things like this down but I always want to make sure not jumping into things without all the information.
