Ectar:     When I'm doing all the damage in the team and we're still losing.  When I'm focused at the start of the match either by arty or by multiple tanks resulting in me loosing more than 50% health whilst my team mates are ignored.   It's fun to have a WG tag after your name sometimes...

Ectar: If people are advertising streams at the start of the match, you can ignore them in-game.  Much like the same way you can ignore the people who spam clan invites at the start of matches.

Ectar: If you watched the reply from OP, now you can see why some streamers block chat....   You expect Quickybaby to reply to your messages when you can clearly see he's brawling in front of you with 5 other tanks... When he doesn't reply you then spam chat to both team in caps letters calling him a noob. You not only anger your own team mates but the enemy team too. You came here looking for attention and it appears you've got it. I can't think of any situation where you seriously think your conduct is ok and that people would think what you did was "amazing".  You made yourself look extremely childish there sir and I'm not surprised at the reaction to this thread as it mirrors the reaction you got in-game and the reaction of the comments section where the replay is held.   Top tip, if someone is streaming they're not going to tell you that and they're not going to pause and have a conversation with you. They are still normal players like everyone else and are under no obligation to stop what they're doing just to acknowledge your messages in-game. Yes it may be polite to just say hello but when the guy is in the middle of a brawl it's kinda silly to expect immediate attention.   I'm going to close this thread now as it's serving no purpose other than what appears to be a downvote farm.   - Ectar

Grimbru: If there is one constant in every job I've had so far in the games industry, and in every online game I've ever played it's the difficulties that come with players reporting each other for trivial things.   Of course players need to have the option to report, however it will always, and i do mean always, be abused or misinterpreted.   Pointless or false reports tend to rack up a workload that most players will never comprehend. Often players will just use it as a weapon, as we've seen many examples of in this thread. Having had experience on the other side of the fence, I will only report (in any game I play) for things like abuse, botting and scam attempts. I let Karma take care of the rest.

Les trolls communs sont admis dans cette section, entendu que les clans peuvent se railler en restant dans la bonne humeur et en usant de la politesse de rigueur (appelé aussi "troll mignon"). Cette exception faite les règles généraless'appliquent.

Notez également que ne seront pas admis les trolls haineux, hargneux ou harcelant sans cesse le ou les mêmes clans. Ce genre de comportement sera réprimé sévèrement.

Il est également demandé de garder une certaine cohérence dans les sujets, au lieu de partir en HS sur un sujet existant créez un nouveau sujet. Si la discussion ne concerne pas ou plus la Guerre de Clan, merci d'utiliser la section appropriée.

Karlie:   Pokud (příkladný přítel, dobrý soused, kvalitní zaměstnanec) nenahlásí kreditní kartu jako kradenou, pak v tom není problém. Navíc...není to WG, kdo toto žádá, ale platební partneři, o pár stránek zpět je to krásně vysvětleno.

W4RGAMER:   Naja... Der Panzer wurde ja nicht gebufft, weil er vorher so stark gewesen wäre. Das hat schon seine Richtigkeit. Die Frontpanzerung soll bei diesem Panzer sehr stark sein. Im Gegenzug ist der VK sehr empfindlich, wenn man ihm in die Seiten schießt. 100mm senkrecht sind da doch weit weniger effektiv als die 120mm mit leichter Schrägung beim E-75. Außerdem lässt die Beweglichkeit eindeutig zu wünschen übrig.   Abgesehen davon: was wäre denn so schlimm daran, wenn dieses Fahrzeug viel gefahren würde? Kennt man doch schon von allen möglichen Modellen. Die ganze Waffelträger-Serie war und ist ziemlich beliebt, das Foch155 hatte große Beliebtheit FV 215 b (183) ist sehr beliebt und es gibt noch viele weitere Beispiele. Wieso nicht auch mal ein langsamer deutscher Panzer?       

Ectar:   Balanced against what though?   Balanced against the tier or balanced against the class? You will never ever get away from players putting tanks in a list and there will always be a top tank and a bottom tank. The top tank will always have "OP" claims and the bottom tank will always have "It needs buffed" claims.

Ectar:   Indeed, which is why looking at balance like that doesn't work as what you'll end up with is the same generic tank for all nations at each tier.  You can't give a tank an advantage over another whilst having a drawback because that would be unfair right?  "I would have beaten you if I had your gun depression" etc would still persist otherwise.   The majority of matches the Panther would face off against is going to be other tier VII tanks, any balancing you do for it purely to improve it's performance against tier IX makes it too powerful against tier V and vice versa if it's too powerful against tier V and you nerf it, then it will perform terrible in the tier IX games. It's not as easy as everyone like to think it is when it comes to balancing.

Tuccy:   Ono je to trochu složitější s tou rychlostí... Teoreticky byla maximálka na silnici 55 km/h (podobně u Tigeru 45 km/h a u raných PzKpfw III 70 km/h), ale... V praxi to vedlo k přílišnému opotřebení převodovky, proto měli řidiči zákaz používat 1-2 nejvyšší převodové stupně (resp. použít je pouze v kritické situaci). Proto se i v literatuře citované hodnoty max. rychlosti zejména u Německých (ale nejen u jejich) tanků často dost divoce liší.

Ectar:   Well it doesn't have to be extreme, even small changes can have massive effect. Bear in mind games that are quoted such as Dota 2 and LoL won't just do a single pass on a character and then never go back. You could argue that those games are balanced but then if you play either you know that some champions are almost never selected as they're viewed as inferior. As with any game that has any type of class system, if you put stuff in a "rank/list" you're always going to have characters/classes/vehicles at the top and some at the bottom.  People will naturally play the top ones and avoid the bottom. It doesn't always mean that the bottom one is useless or not fun, just that min/maxers will always have their top picks. When everything is competitive with everything at it's tier and everything is sorta equal, that's not necessarily a good situation. No one wants to play a character/class/vehicle that's just the same as 10 others and the only difference being how it looks.    We will never for example balance a tank based on it sitting in the open trading shots with another tank at 300 meters. Nor do we think "Ok lets balance the Panther based on fighting a Tiger, ok now balance it fighting an IS, ok now fighting a Comet, ok now a Jagpanther, ok now a T29" etc etc.  Armour thickness, armour angles, shell penetration, shell damage, module location - there is a whole host of variations that can affect the outcome of any fight.  Remember only we have the full statistics from the server and we look at the big picture. 

Ectar:   Well I've explained already why the credit rewards are lower. The NA credit boost for the top 3 tanks of the branch is also only 15% and their portal has been updated accordingly. I can't explain why NA is doing better specials, only the NA team could tell you the reasoning behind that. They have different goals for their region and offers will be different as a result to that.  I find it strange everyone compares what happens in EU to what happens in NA, and RU or SEA is never mentioned. - Even when we did match NA specials all that happened is people turned their nose up at the specials and said RU was better. It really is impossible to find a middle ground (the same specials for all regions isn't going to happen).   It wouldn't matter if we did every discount and bonus possible, if NA had 1 thing extra the usual people we see in these threads would still post in the thread only to point out that NA is different and the rubbish what's on offer.  There comes a point when we accept that no matter what we do, players will always complain at discounts and bonuses as they look at things purely on a personal point of view. Alternatively they're looking at weekend specials just to see what's not there so they can complain/highlight it.   Whist in some situations it can seem that people aren't getting enough, the flip side of that is it's easy to pass over when people may be getting too much. Remember the intentions of the bonuses and discounts is that they're supposed to feel special. Sadly many of them are now taken from granted and people realistically ask for things like 50% discount on tier VIII-X or expect an equipment sale every 2nd month because the other discounts we do are just things they always expect to be there.

Grimbru: As a fairly new player, but surrounded by experts here in the office, I have a pretty pragmatic view of Arty.    When I get thrown up against tier 8's in my tier 5's, I love it. When I'm trying to lock down an area in a more equal game, my colleagues may hear a little foul language aimed at the enemy Arty.    But as with everything it has its place and can be countered. Usually i'm more angry at myself for not moving or letting myself get trapped and shelled to death. I think this is the main reason some people have a dim view of artillery, a lot of what they do is punish mistakes, in a game that's already pretty punishing in this regard.    I tried playing it a little on my personal account but to be honest I didn't feel it. However I'll probably cross over to the dark side again in the future just to get a better understanding of what kinds of arty can do what.    Nice discussion.    

Ellendway:   V tomto případě se nejednalo o zakoupení dárků. Pokud jsi obdržel dárek, který byl zaplacen z kradené platební karty, tak Tvůj herní účet NEBUDE zablokován. V této vlně blokací byly blokovány jen účty, které ty platební karty použily.   

Ellendway:   V podstatě ano, znamená. Pokud přijímáš dárek, musíš si být jistý, že osobu znáš. Dokonce je to napsáno v pravidlech dárkového obchodu, že za příjem dárku zodpovídáš sám. 
 

Ectar:   Map guides.   I see a lot of people do tank reviews but I don't see people do map guides showing the common hotspots or where to go depending on the tank you're playing. Lots of people don't know that heavies need to be in certain areas to be zone denial or to brawl with the other heavies.  Many medium players don't know where to flank etc.   I'd love to see a youtube channel do a video series with map strategies. I'd expect it to get lots of views.

Ellendway:   Ano, většinou se to zasílá jako dárek, avšak pokud je platba refundována, jsou blokovány obě herní konta. A jedno z těch kont musí platbu znovu uhradit.
