make the mantlet more vulnerable and easier to be penetrated.

ARGO: Well, IJN was an elite naval force. Ship to ship the Yamato would
have totally owned the Bismarck hands down. I say Naval wise Japan
would spank Germany and italy all over the map However. They would
have to land sometime and Germany and her Tigers would be waiting.
In short, The naval war is Japan's, The air war? anyone's guess
cause they both had good planes until the ground war broke out and
thats where it all changes for Germany.

Overlord: Looks like exaggeration, although Panther II is likley get some
buff in the upcoming update. To decide what buff exactly we need to

Nothing you unlock prohibits other things from being unlocked. So no "need" at all for a re-tech to access other sections.
Any form of a retech after release will be highly abused. You could for example grab a decent earning premium tank on release, grind out the 718k exp to unlock the IS7. Then press the "retech" button.

There is no way IMO that they would jeopardize one of their main sources of income.

Overlord: Using HE shells Priest has only 40-64mm penetration. These shells
can deal full damage according to their specs (+/-25% spread) only
if there is actual penetration. If the shell doesn't penetrate the
armor (which is very likely) it can inflict UP TO 50% of its damage
(+/-25 spread).

Overlord: The modes listed above exist only on paper currently. We have some
ideas to implement battle mode with respawns, so-called respawn
from garage, when player can use tanks he has at his disposal at
the moment with certain restrictions of course. However these are
only ideas, still a long way to realize them.

global map after clan wars release.
Some other regional server groups might be launched as well (South Korea, Africa etc), but these are for future.

Of course it was a long time ago and many things changed in between.

Overlord: The above depends on tier ratio in waiting queue and it can go

Its not like you have any choice anyway, this often lead to people talking about comp random stuff and also to particular players whom they play with comp un-regarded to the gameplay and thats fine, I mean some social interaction is great but it should be in a private chat, for them and for rest.
This is a must have function in all mmos and its really lacking in WoT and it seems like a rather easy function to add.
So my question to the dev team is when will it be added?

Overlord: If you mean one/several more text chat(s), than - no. We do believe
that text chats are deleted species. We are going to focus on voice
chats.

Overlord: At the moment registration goes per e-mail, we don't plan to change
it in the near future.

Overlord: No such merge is planned. Ru server is a separate one, it will have
its own clan wars beta as well.

Overlord: Most likely it won't, since the exact changes are under
consideration at the moment. Supposedly T34 and T30 will be

Overlord: Yes, they are. Unfortunately. Otherwise we would perform one right
away just to give players an opportunity to reallocate their
experience and reinvest credits/gold. Without any technical
necessity from our site.

Overlord: Most of the mentioned above is being or will be addressed in the
near future. Wouldn't like to enter into a debate here and pick
each point to pieces. However some of the fixes/improvements will
be made post release.

Overlord: 1. No news on match-making adjustments currently, need to get and
assess the data first. For sure, there will be improvements.
