Overlord: There has bee some fuss about the specs of the upcoming M103 / T110
tanks being too low. The info came from public tesr of 7.2.
I would like to clarify the situation.
1. The specs of all tanks have been rerated by 12.5% so as to make them as per 100% crews. Thus, to get eg the old dispersion multiply the value by 0.875, if the parameter is of "the bigger the better" type, divide the value by 0.875.
2. The specs of the aforementioned tanks are not finalized yet, those are preliminary test values. Final version is going to be better.
