request to have them removed (keep in mind that this will be an
investigation process). Also note that does not mean they can be
replaced, only removed.

second German TD branch. Right now we're fairly happy with the way
the JT performs in comparison to the other tier 9 TDs.

have not been able to pinpoint where on our end it would be
occurring. 15k players is also a very low number for server based
lag; the hardware should be able to support several multiples of
that before players experience lag.

Tank companies? There are no current plans to make changes to the
German heavy line, but we'll continue to review the data so that
could change if we see a trend we don't like.

GeneralDirection: We'll likely not continue the trend of releasing "captured" premium
vehicles. Those that exist in the game will remain, but from now on
if a vehicle belonged to a nation available in the game, it will
become a premium of that nation. There are a few exceptions, but it
won't be common to see captured vehicles moving forward.

tested tank that will only be available for super testers to
complete its testing.
This will not take place on the NA server however, as we do not want potentially unbalanced tanks on the NA retail server.

Tanitha: Hello Stealf.
Downloading a large file through the Internet with no download manager isn't ideal. If any little piece of data corrupts along the way the program will fail its checksums and not install.
Basically this error you have, is that you do not have a complete and verified full download of the game.
One way is to download through a download manager. One of the most common on the internet is Jdownloader
http://jdownloader.org/
This will not only verify the download and make corrections, but it will also download ~20 chunks at a time to make sure you are getting the top download speed your Internet connection will allow.
However you wish to download the client.
You will need a full uncorrupted copy before it will install correctly.
