Steel wall is based on whether you run into a tank with a gun that can't get through your armor.
and Bilotte's... well it's almost exclusively based on getting set on fire along with getting multiple crit hits (tracks generally).
Things like Orlik's, Halonen's, Oskins can be skill based, but not Bilotte's.
Gaea: Thanks for your input Kalis. I always try and make the MVPs very
challenging and it it possible that I'm heading in the more "luck"
based field. I'll be sure to remember this for the next MVP we
create.
