Firing on the move

I have seen many strange things in my time playing since beta, I have seen a MS1 make a fool of a maus
I have seen a Loltraktor take down a KV. I have even been in a T54 and took a Maus from 100% to zero.
So if I could give any form of a legitamate answer i would have to say with all honesty that it all depends on the above counter questions and a heap of skill to make any form of educated answer.
Nothing can help you better than serious experience and serious training to defeat your enemies.
