Becase KV-220 is rather a boring vehicle in comparison with western CBT tank.

The type-59 became overpopulated, and the german low tier premiums got removed because the french line came with the proper versions of the tanks...
The KV-5 doesn't fall into either of those categories.

Vallter: We do not longer see it in-game as regular premium vehicle, since we added and will add a divercity of others. But we won't to keep it as a 'special proposal' vehicle

those server arent even mentioned at the wotWiki because are run by other company.

Taken from another thread. The turret armor used to 279, now it's 178.

Vallter: Do not worry, it should be a description glitch, which will be fixed in release version.

Is this another ninja attempt to give us tank locking?

Vallter: Nope, just a part of update note for EU slipped to NA. I've double checked this with Developers and QA - no 'Tank Locking' for NA in 7.5

View PostMrCabinetry, on Jul 19 2012 - 13:49, said: List of changes between first and second iterations of public test:
Added some improvements to the KV-5’s characteristics.
This is all I read in the notes, I saw no mention that the Game Economy of the KV5 was being nerfed or buffed.
I wish the Dev's were more specific as to what improvements are being made to the KV5. I hope they're improving the gun to 107 mm ZiS-24, this would at the least give the KV5 some balls in terms of fire power given it's tier level vs other tanks in it's tier. And NO, it would not make it an OP Premium tank since the gun is still a 107mm.

Vallter: Slightly buff turret turning speed;
Increase durability on 100 HP (as we've done with KV-4);
Slightly reduced influence of tank movement on gun dispersion.
