If the situation arises again maybe you could have the winning teams from the brackets fight for an additional prize. Sorry getting greedy.
RipleyDH, on Mar 06 2013 - 05:57, said: Well that was a new one for me. My team ended up losing
a 3-2 match against Legion Hispana de la Guardia, and during one of
the matches they accused us of cheating for bringing an SU-100,
KV-1S, and T-50. Their claim was you can only bring one
tier 6 into the match, but they didn't complain in the previous
match in which we brought the KV-1S, Hellcat, and
T-50. Call me crazy, but where's the foul play?

I'm happy to hear this change was well received
Just keep in mind that we felt compelled to add the additional playoff because there were enough teams (and some left over) for a full, second 64-team playoff.

away for your numbers? And do achievements like confederate and
defender count towards your xp? It didn't specifiy in the listing.

such as platooning a low tier tank into high tier matches to
increase their experience scores.

dance210: If I remember correctly from the Art of War, it should be your
highest base XP, without the modifiers like x2, any bonus you could
get for the achievements like confederate and premium. Also be
aware that the max XP in your service record may not actually be
the highest XP earned for a tank, especially if you have a premium
account.
All of your battles count for this event, it would simply not record the additional XP from the various modifiers.

I did not speak in a "complain-ey" or "whine-y" manner- I simply stated that I believe that the best mix would be to provide a sale price, which is most valuable to the mid-tier players, as well as an income boost, which is valuable to high tier players as well as mid tiers. As it is now, the tech tree sales provide little value to higher tier players.
I said this when the topic was being debated before, but never got an explanation for why it seems to be an "either/or" proposition rather than doing both during the week. My theory is that WG employees are paid in credits.

Major_Rampage: If I go paid in credits.... I wouldn't run my
Jadgtiger88 as much as I do. We had previously set the
tech tree focus as a credit bonus, but the feedback was
that they didn't like the credit bonus as much. As for
why one or the other, well as much as I would love to
discount everything and add credit boosts there are limits to the
specials I can run.
