I did not speak in a "complain-ey" or "whine-y" manner- I simply stated that I believe that the best mix would be to provide a sale price, which is most valuable to the mid-tier players, as well as an income boost, which is valuable to high tier players as well as mid tiers.  As it is now, the tech tree sales provide little value to higher tier players.
I said this when the topic was being debated before, but never got an explanation for why it seems to be an "either/or" proposition rather than doing both during the week.  My theory is that WG employees are paid in credits.
