GhostPrime: Hello Tankers We are planning to implement a Client-Server micropatch for World of Tanks 0.9.17_3 to NA realm on Tuesday, December 27th.Servers will be unavailable between 01:00 PT/04:00 ET - 01:45 PT/04:45 ET while the patch is being implemented.

The_Chieftain: Yep.  Just have HE loaded and be broadside enough that your secondaries can bear.    Back at the airport, LHR flight.  United has announced a new business class which is actually competitive with the rest of the world, but because it'll take about three years to convert the fleet, about the only notable difference today is going to be a fluffy pillow, and a bloody Mary cart. I don't drink bloody Marys. (I presume it's not Maries?)

The_Chieftain:   I liked it. It had no glaring issues from a brief look, it used a lot of components I recognised from other vehicles, such as the M1's ballistic computer interface. The two turret crew are on the right of the gun, the ammo/carousel on the left. It seemed to make excellent sense as long as it worked, I didn't spend too much time worrying about the troubleshooting. Engine came out on a nice slide in the rear. I think it would have been popular enough.

Mugsy_: Thank you everyone who has been able to share reports with us, we are collecting them and using them to understand the server issues we have been experiencing.  I encourage everyone who is encountering problems to submit a report to help get this resolved and so we can all get back to some uninterrupted tanking.

While we continue to investigate we would appreciate your help if you are experiencing these issues.   Here is how you can help:   1. Download this tool - http://dl-support.wargaming.net/wot/ru/wgcheck/WGCheck_EN.zip 2. Once you have downloaded it, open the zip file and run the WGCheck.exe. 3. After it has launched, please select the World of Tanks icon and locate its directory. The default location is C:\Games\World_of_Tanks Check the box labeled, Add game client to the firewall exceptions Check the box labeled, Extended network diagnostics 4. Play the game. 5. If you experience any issues after your battle quit World of Tanks. 6. Start the integrity check by selecting the orange Start Diagnostics button Be patient, it will take some time to finish. Please see attached image if you get confused. 7. Finally, please reply to this thread with the results of the check tool attached or linked below and a description of what kind of problem you were experiencing in-game (lag, freezing, disconnects).   Thanks for your help!!   We will be working on this issue until it is resolved. We will do our best to keep everyone updated, if you do not hear back from us it does not mean we are not working on it. This is a high priority for us, we want to play too.   Please only use this thread to provide us your reports in an effort to aid us in resolving these issues.

The_Chieftain: I've had a few games in it. The torp arc is huge (Almost to dead astern), and the guns are pretty punchy for a cruiser, if a low ROF.

MeatheadMilitia: Hello folks,   Yes, there is an automated system that is in place to ban people who hit a threshold of team damage and TKing.   However, if you find yourself in a game with a Wargaming employee and they see you doing anything that is against the rules, it is in our right to remind you and let you know you’re violating a rule.   In regard to Wargaming employees platooning with other players, this is completely acceptable and encouraged within the office. Feel free to send us toon invites and or messages in-game.   In fact, I have a personal discord that is open to anyone to join and hang out in, as well as platoon, regardless of clan size or clan affiliation. Surrounding myself with fun people is what makes World of Tanks great!   I’ve personally given the ban hammer to a few friends for going against the rules.

The_Chieftain:   Been there, we sent a contest winner to them. I got wounded by an MG42, which is a bit of a novelty. (Bullet splash ricocheted and impaled into my hand. Remember to wear your eye protection, guys).   He's a good guy, and offers a good service. I'd love to do more there. Only problem is he's in Minnesota, and our current plan does not include doing anything near Minneapolis this year.

The_Chieftain: The Oxford Comma (or the sequence of words) strikes again.   The four dates refer to uber-rare tanks and never-before seen tanks being released in those periods, not that an uber rare, never-before-seen tank will be released on each of those four periods.

The_Chieftain:   Problem is that HE rounds are each individually categorised as destructive devices, requiring the $200 tax stamp, and paperwork for each one created and destroyed (used). Thus, pretty much all rounds fired by privately-owned tanks are inert projectiles.

Saffr0n: Hi all,    I just got a chance to look through this , and see two common bugs/issues that I can address:  Holiday Tree Mode UI Packet Loss/ High Latency   If you're having issues with the Holiday Tree Mode UI please submit two screenshots: one of your garage and one displaying the Event UI (even if you're unable to load into it).   In regards to any lag you've been experiencing on both servers, but especially US East, our server engineers are looking into the cause of this issue and expect a fix sometime this week, but before the upcoming Holiday.
