Lag Issues - Help Wanted

Mugsy_: Hello Tankers,   We are continuing to receive reports of lag issues. While we continue to investigate we would appreciate your help if you are experiencing these issues.   Here is how you can help:   1. Download this tool - http://dl-support.wargaming.net/wot/ru/wgcheck/WGCheck_EN.zip 2. Once you have downloaded it, open the zip file and run the WGCheck.exe. 3. After it has launched, please select the World of Tanks icon and locate its directory. The default location is C:\Games\World_of_Tanks Check the box labeled, Add game client to the firewall exceptions Check the box labeled, Extended network diagnostics 4. Play the game. 5. If you experience any issues after your battle quit World of Tanks. 6. Start the integrity check by selecting the orange Start Diagnostics button Be patient, it will take some time to finish. Please see attached image if you get confused. 7. Finally, please reply to this thread with the results of the check tool attached or linked below and a description of what kind of problem you were experiencing in-game (lag, freezing, disconnects).   Thanks for your help!!   We will be working on this issue until it is resolved. We will do our best to keep everyone updated, if you do not hear back from us it does not mean we are not working on it.
