Jambijon:   Yes, offering a bigger variety is definitely the plan.  There will still be tournaments with just gold, or gold/boosters, etc but I would still like to add more variety so you (the players) will have options on which type of prize you can work towards.  Also, in the near future we will start offering up Free XP as additional rewards.

Перевел деньги с новой карты на одну из старых карт, попробовал заплатить с нее - опять ошибка платежа. Сделал несколько попыток заплатить, в 22.58 попытки оставил, решил подождать час. Час прошел, попробовал опять заплатить со старой карты, и снова ошибка. С новой картой тоже ошибка. В чем проблема может быть? До этого вот уже семь лет донатил успешно и вдруг не получается задонатить. Я в печали.

Jambijon: Whoa whoa whoa, okay.  Just take a breather now.  This obviously isn't going anywhere productive, nor was this the OPs intent to spark debates about personal opinions on how tournaments should be ran so I'll be closing this thread.  Like I said previously.  There is no pleasing everyone, but I do take feedback when its valid and makes sense.  If you would like, start a feedback thread with suggestions on what you want to see in tournaments or simply ask us questions and we'll be glad to answer when we are able.  Debating is fine, but insulting people gets us nowhere. Be civil.

DomoSapien:   Keep in mind there is another big Holiday Season coming up quite soon. Holiday Specials have often included Tech Tree discounts of some kind in the past so it may be on the horizon for this year as well.
 

DomoSapien:   ​I also stock up on consumables during sales. It gets to be pretty expensive in the short term, what with 30k a pop, but in the long run it pays itself back. Biggest ones for me are large repair kits and large medkits. I rarely run small kits anymore, so consumables discounts are vital to my long-term strategy for grinding.

I need to start counting what nations I play most frequently and start stocking up on food because I'm also almost never running fire extinguishers anymore.

DomoSapien:   Please make sure you contact our CS Team within the duration of the sale period. If this payment issue is preventing you from completing a purchase of a time-sensitive offer, I suspect the CS Team will be able to help you out with some kind of a workaround.

DomoSapien:   I've been bugging our payments team about it! Definitely doing my best to illustrate the severity of the issue and the potential for lost revenue during a big sales week. My understanding is that the issue exists on Paymentwall or Amazon's end and we're doing our best to get it sorted ASAP!

If the payment outage prevents you from completing a purchase of a time-sensitive offer, please contact Customer Support. If memory from my CS days serves correctly, they might be able to help you out with that as long as you contact them within the sale period of the offer.

As for the bundle pricing, as Jambijon mentioned it appears that this was a typo in the article and it has been corrected. Prices should be accurate on the Premium Shop itself.

DomoSapien: While I'm no longer working on tournaments, I feel the need to step up in defense of our tournament guys, a little bit. A tournament that awards 1k Gold per person typically lasts an hour or less. 1000 Gold for an hour of gameplay, in addition to tons of boosters which are always included doesn't seem all-too-unreasonable to me.

As for feedback:
Tournaments were divided into Challenger and Mastery Brackets as a direct result of feedback from players concerned that they were constantly getting stomped by the same highly-competitive players.
New Premium Tanks are featured as rewards for at least one tournament each month, as a direct result of feedback from players mentioning that they are tired of Gold constantly being the only prize available, because most new premiums aren't available for Gold. We've started running mid-week tournaments as a result of feedback indicating that Primetime on Weekends isn't the best time for the entire community, merely most of it. We've started running some individual tournaments for the South American server as a result of feedback that South & Central American players constantly have to deal with high Ping for tournaments that are always on USC.
Not to say we're setting the standard for Tournaments in online gaming, but to say that we don't listen to any feedback is making a pretty big leap from one side of the spectrum to the other.

CS Team is looking into this with Global Payments, but I will bring this up with them to illustrate the urgency of the matter. My understanding is that the issue seems to exist on their end and we are doing everything we can to resolve the issue ASAP since this is a critical week for us in terms of sales.

DomoSapien:   It's a common bit of feedback regarding those X% off tags - My understanding is that some type of value is attributed to the x5 missions that come with the bundle, and I also understand that this can appear to be dishonest or misleading. I'll bring this up with the Monetization folks.   EDIT: I've received word that this was a typo on the article which should be corrected by now. The prices on the Premium Shop, however, should be properly discounted.

We will be having flash sales during Black Friday and Cyber Monday so perhaps the Pudel will be featured in one of those? Personally I am not a fan of the Pudel primarily due to its long aim time and modest armor profile - unless you have your eyes on the Pudel for a specific reason, I'd recommend picking a more comfortable Premium MT. 

DomoSapien: I'm assuming some type of value is attributed to the included Personal Missions but this is an excellent bit of feedback and I will add it to the feedback report that I'm submitting tomorrow.

DomoSapien: I'd love to get Dark Nedelburg added to Training Rooms so we can use it in Tournaments. That would be epic   Not sure if it's properly coded with spawnpoints and the like, however, but I already requested this in one of my recent feedback reports. 

DomoSapien:   There is no easy way to correct this perceived flaw. The system is not all-knowing, since it's impossible to create a TK/TD system that is sophisticated enough to analyze the player intent behind Team Damage. 

The system operates on an overall Ratio of damage to allies vs. damage to enemies. Once your damage to allies goes over a certain threshold you get hit by the automated system. Once you bring your ratio of damage to enemies over a certain threshold compared to damage to allies, blue status is removed.
It's possible that this was an isolated incident for a player but you have a habit of retaliating against friendly fire or griefers. More likely, however, were the multiple damaging shots to the same ally in a single battle. It's possible that the single shot from the TD was an accident. It's very unlikely that your 4 shots in rapid succession at the same ally were an accident. The system cannot analyze human behavior and therefore goes with the most probable scenario.

De hecho, varias manzanas podridas usaron vehículos de otras clases intencionalmente con la esperanza de que el equipo enemigo no los reportara y ganar sin que nadie se diera cuenta. Eso no pasó porque revisamos cada reporte individualmente, pero es algo engorroso de hacer que genera demoras en la entrega de los premios, correcciones en las tablas, descalificaciones, etc. Es otra de las cosas que queremos cambiar.   ¡Saludos!

Yes!  They are really popular but the recent issues we had with our automation caused us to limit the tournaments until we were able to work with devs to get everything sorted out.  There are still a couple of kinks, but nothing (that we are aware) that will cause a tournament to halt or be cancelled, but yes, we are going to increase tournament frequency across the board the more we improve our processes.
