tanques pesados. Ahora es más consistente en comparación con
la versión anterior. Los vehículos de esta zona están completamente
resguardados del fuego de las AAP. Esta zona ofrece una experiencia
de juego diversa. Un área con caminos diferentes para
tanques ligeros, medianos y pesados. Estos vehículos
pueden cooperar para capturar el centro del mapa y flanquear a los
enemigos. Un camino para tanques ligeros y medianos. Los
vehículos de esta zona tienen múltiples posibilidades
para maniobrar. Esta zona ofrece cobertura para que los
vehículos pueden ocultarse y protegerse del fuego de las AAP. Tras

the confusion:
On the premium shop under World of Tanks there are several categories. When you open the web shop via the in-game "Premium Store" link - it takes you directly to the 'featured' tab on the Premium Shop.
To see ALL available vehicles for purchase, you can click the 'vehicles' tab at the top of the premium shop.
Besides that, sometimes certain bundles are region-locked and don't show up unless you have the correct country of residence selected in the premium shop:

finally, as several have mentioned: certain special items won't show up unless you're logged in, maybe there's some weird cache issue going on so it couldn't hurt to log out and log back in to the website.

as I know those issues resolved themselves.

nuestros amigos, compañeros y colegas de Minsk que es muy
importante para nosotros.Todos tenemos nuestra críticas hacia los
desarrolladores y cuanto responsable de categoría haya en Minsk
(incluso yo las tengo), pero esto que está pasando ahora es una
buena oportunidad para recordales que todos y cada uno de nosotros
somos Wargaming (por mucho que me desagraden los eslogans
corporativos). Este es un momento muy delicado, esto no es
Halloween 2019, esto no es un buff/nerf retrasado o impopular, esto
nos sobrepasa, escapa a nuestro control, esto no es comparable con
nada de lo que haya pasado antes. Y si se preguntan por qué no
pusimos todo esto en el artículo sobre la postergación del Acto V
en sí, sepan que los anuncios tienden a ser lo más generales
posibles porque no creemos justo introducir cuestiones partidarias
o información que no compete a los jugadores o a nosotros en ellos
(al final del día, lo único que hacemos y debemos hacer son
juegos). Es por eso que la noticia fue bastante escueta en cuanto a
lo que pasa en verdad (San Google puede ayudarlos a descubrir todos
los detalles), pero me tomé el atrevimiento de dar un contexto algo

DomoSapien: I touched on this in another thread - but we hope to deliver a fix
that will allow players to send the basic affirmative/negative
commands, as well as remove or drastically reduce the ping spam
protection limit for competitive battles - in order to allow battle
callers to effectively communicate with their teams.
Apparently it's a bit more complex than initially anticipated so some exploration needs to be done into what's possible within the limitations of the new system, but it is a priority.

More discussions about that were supposed to take place this week - but with the evolving situation with internet connectivity in Minsk, that discussion has unfortunately been a bit delayed.
As soon as we establish some solid communication channels and verify the well-being of all our staff - we will be working on a gameplan to deliver Anniversary Act V and hopefully implement player feedback for battle comms.
