DomoSapien: There were some internet issues around the Chicago area last weekend that were impacting some players' connections - but as far as I know those issues resolved themselves.

If the new modem doesn't do the trick, I recommend submitting a ticket to our customer support team. They can help you with some connection diagnostics and troubleshooting to figure out where the connection issue is occurring and hopefully help resolve the issue.
