Yoott: if you hover over the medal it shows if you got more then one or not and reaper just means you killed 3 or 4 in a row it does not mean it was your best reaper ever.. same as sharpshooter and master gunner... does not mean it was the best ever just enough to qualify for that game
i havent had one in a bit but hover over the medal I know I have seen multiple awards there...

Remove Neg Rep.
It was a bad idea to add it.
There will be posts by trolls who are unfit.
People want to post without fear,
but the red will certainly take away any cheer.
Regardless the trolls will stil give neg rep.
Now each post must have considerable prep.
To avoid being given those dastardly negatives,
Which end up being accumulative.
I am most certain of what will happen.
There will be troll threads time and again.
By the trolls I will get mocked.
This topic will undoubtedly get locked.
People work hard to have a green reputation.
But now the trolls will cause such frustration.
It was wanted back by popular demand?
It was wanted by all those trolls who should be banned.
Admins look at what you have done.
This neg rep should be undone.
Now all the trolls can be in their house,
giving out negaitives at the slightest click of a mouse.

For example, I call you a minor insult, you respond with a major insult = we both get hit but you get hit harder. My advice, report agitators rather than engage. Then you'll never feel persecuted by staff and this is doable since you have 100% control over your own content.

In the end, the effect of reinstating this feature will not be left to speculation or assumption. We will continue to monitor its influence over our community and the way it is utilized.
The excitement will pass and neg rep will become old hat. The goal is to empower the community to use neg rep to express its opinion. Don't agree with a suggestion, complaint, tone, interpretation, or behavior? - Neg Rep that lunacy.
Do you feel like someone else's post represents you, asserts a positive change, deserves consideration? - +1
Haters and trolls are a vocal minority, the vast majority of our community is composed of intelligent, kind, thoughtful people. But controversy attracts more attention than the hundreds and thousands of helpful, patience, understanding posts that I see when I read through our forums.
I am a staff member, but also a member of this community, one that is often in a position to deliver difficult news or stand accountable for a problem in front of an angry crowd. If I feel comfortable with neg rep's return, you'll all be fine. At the end of the day, a -1 can be a far lighter expression of disapproval than some of the vitriol that gets sprayed around in some threads. So please use the rep system in a meaningful way, cast them like votes rather than insults, and shrug off those that feel unfounded. Make the most rational, reasonable case you can for the statements you want to make and you should golden. If you cannot win an argument in a single well constructed post, then you won't be able to win it through continued bickering. Let it go. Move on. Life is too short.
