the hundreds of weekly ping plotter reports we have received only
about a dozen that have shown issues exclusively with Telia's
routing or our server clusters. So, yes, please submit detailed
reports and work with staff to provide additional info if needed.
Please be aware that there are hundreds of different ISPs and
potentially thousands of different ways you can route to our
servers and countless possible in home network issues.

day that sometimes I just mosey on through and drop a comment where

As a new server the SEA is experiencing the same transfer windows that were put in place when all our other servers opened as well.
In regards to server to server transfers, there is a feature being developed to allow accounts to manually transfer between servers, however, I do not have a release date at this time.
I know that there has been a small lobby of people waiting for their chance to relocate and I have not been able to help them yet.
I feel we were able to make the feature a higher development priority, but it obviously has not been implemented yet.
