how? Sounds more like denial on the part of "some
company at random" that doesnt see the NA server as anything but a
"nice small population of people that also play a game" that can be

In fact, we have a thread requesting people to look into it and
share their finding with us. The "people" they are referring to is
a single person and he was banned because he routinely violated
forum policies, abused staff, and did something that crossed that
line which means you get walked out of the party for good.
