Hypnotik: I'm glad we were able to help TESLA in resolving this matter with the proper outcome. They have been a great group to work with during this entire process, and we thank them for their patience while this matter was investigated.

Hypnotik: If they are showing up as blocked on the roster, that means they have a game ban. We will not share the details of a ban with anyone except the player in question.
Any ban also comes with a reason. When a player tries to log into the game, they will see the reason. If they would like to know the specific details, they can contact support.

While in many ways we consider the First Campaign to have been successful, we also acknowledge the fact that it was not without issue. Following the campaign, we investigated these issues and feedback from our community very thoroughly.
One particular situation that we were alerted to was that of the clan [TESLA]. After our investigation and several discussions with TESLA leadership and other members of the Clan Wars community, we believe that TESLA would have, without doubt, kept their position within the top 30 clans were it not for a unique series of technical issues preventing them from doing so. While these issues affected many clans, the system and map errors coupled together in a severe enough way to push them out of the top 30. In response to this particular situation, we will be rewarding those players in TESLA who have met the minimum 10-battle requirement for the Campaign with an M60. This decision was made not only due to the technical investigation, but also because of community input.
We are committed to developing a Clan Wars product and community we can be proud of and you can enjoy. We look forward to sharing an improved Second Campaign and beyond with you, the World of Tanks community.

Major_Rampage: Keep in mind folks that we run the Clan Spot Light Tank Company on the NA East,  Clan Wars runs on NA East,  and all Tournaments run  on NA East.  So there is plenty  do on the East Server as well.

dance210: Clicking on the Awards tab causes the game to temporarily freeze and ultimately drop connection. Sometimes it will actually load the page, showing the awards, before the connection is interrupted; other times it will be interrupted while loading. All of the other pages of the Service Record load normally.

Major_Rampage: Discounts on above tier VII is a very rare event.  Such as our  On Track Events.
