Laera: Tankers! Chefs!
Ok, so we may be a day late but happy post-National Cookie Day!
It’s the most wonderful time of the year! It’s a time for celebrating friends, family and the awesome festivities that bring us all together. The holiday season is full swing right now and we’d figure we’d celebrate with a brand new creative contest! Break out the cookie cutters and have your oven mitts ready for its time to get messy! That's right, we're bringing back the Tank Bake Off just in time for the holidays!
This month, in honor of the holiday spirit we’re asking you to craft an edible dessert tank and snap a photo for us! The tank you construct could be made out of cake, cookie or made entirely out of different kinds of candy, but it should be something you'd want to have for dessert (the holidays are all about the sweets, right?)! Fortunately for you, and unfortunately for us, we will only be able to see pictures of the cake you make, so make something that you will enjoy eating and sharing!
Snap a photo of your creation and send it in by Sunday, December 15 23:59 Pacific/Monday, December 16 7:59 GMT for a chance to win some fantastic prizes including the Type 59, Type 62, Pz.Kpfw. B2 740 (f), gold and glory!
Rules: Only one entry per player.
Submit a photo of your entry to fanart@worldoftanks.comwith "Barracks Bake Off" in the subject line. Your in-game name must be visible in the image submitted.
The tank should be your own creation.
Your entry must either be in the shape of a tank, or have a tank drawn on it and should be edible.
The community team will judge the entries based on creativity, content, and quality. This thread will be locked at the end of the contest, and all entries will be judged by members of the community team. Winners will be announced on Monday, December 16. Best of luck!

Subject: Can Someone PLEASE Clear This Up? EULA account distinctions
Link on message: #6096088
ShermanPanzer, on Dec 05 2013 - 01:09, said: Hi, I'm not sure where this post most logically goes. I
am trying to clear up some account questions that I have and that
others seem to have.
I've read on the SEA forums and on the EU forums (and have heard regarding RU servers) that multiple account creation is no longer a violation of their EULA. This is not reflected on the NA EULA as far as I can tell, but has been confirmed by WG representatives on the other servers' forums. It seems others are confused as well, and I want to try to ask a compendium of the most repeated questions that neither I nor others can seem to answer satisfactorily so far. In putting them all together, I hope perhaps we can all get answers. Here they are:
Do the recent EULA changes apply to us on the NA server cluster?
If not, do accounts have to be separated by server or by server cluster; Is it okay to be on NA West with one account and NA east with a separate one, or does it have to be NA West/EU, or some such combination spanning clusters?
If I want to make a separate account for friends to use on my computer so that it doesn't affect my stats, is this okay on NA? What about if they are on a different computer on the same router/wifi and both accounts are on at once/in platoon?
What about if I want to create a new account for my own use?
Assuming that the NA EULA does not allow for multiple accounts per player, is it, then, a violation of the NA EULA for an NA player (bound by said EULA) to create a new account for his/herself on another cluster, whose EULA DOES allow for it?
I know this seems nit-pickey, but they seem relevant. I think there are lots of players who would simply like to know what the EULA says so that they can follow it.
THANKS to anyone with any information!

Tanitha: There is no mention of number of accounts in the EULA.
However the EULA states that the game rules are apart of the EULA, and how many accounts you may have is in the game rules.
The game rules are different on NA, RU, Asia , Eu.
Asia server no longer has a one account rulings, as far as im aware all other servers do.
But for clarification of NA rules, please refer to NA rules, not the rules on the Asia server.
Regards
Tan.

dance210: Hello Tankers!
Sadly, the Daily Blitz tournament will soon be coming to an end. The Daily Blitz tournaments will not be continuing in 2014, so this is the final month to participate!
Even though the Blitzes will be ending, I encourage all teams to enjoy our other tournaments. We will still be rolling out the weekly Skirmishes and monthly Challenges, as well as the various leagues.
And while it won't replace the Blitz, we will be introducing a new weekly tournament once the new year hits!
Good luck, have fun, and I hope to see all the Blitz teams in some of our other wonderful tournaments!

Quemapueblos: As Yankee correctly pointed out its a balance of whether doubling
the amount of land doubled the amount of players participating in
Clan Wars. There is sweet spot in the number of province available
depending on the size of the clan base and how sharp the skill
gradient is between the top and bottom clan. We were curious to
what the maximum number of provinces we could add without "thinning
out" the competition so having two maps is a learning experiment
that we are playing close attention to.
The other issue raised her is the skill and time commitment needed to compete in Clan Wars. Clan Wars is design for Clans to test themselves against the best of the best though I agree an Africa like area would benefit clans who are on cusp of competing but need a little more hands on experience. One of the aspects we are constantly thinking about is that we want the bar for Clan Wars to be high but not too that its impossible for anyone new to get in. Its a difficult thing to balance but we are always reexamining and reevaluating what the best choice is.

Major_Rampage: Howdy Folks!
I wanted to give you a heads up that due to my current responsibilities, I will no longer be running weekly Tank Companies on Friday evenings. Keep your eyes peeled for future announcements about in-game events and streams on the World of Tanks web portal, Facebook, and Twitter.
I’ll still be around on the forums, and in-game, so feel free to drop me a PM or an invite (along with a message) anytime.
It’s been a good run in TC’s (well, except Absolutes), but after 850 battles and 68.71% win rate I think we did pretty good.
Thanks again to everyone who has played on my team, against us, or tuned into the stream.
