veganzombiez:   This issue might require a bit of technical assistance, so I definitely recommend submitting a replay in to Support. Attach your DxDiag, python, and WoTLauncher logs (the latter two are in your default installation folder).   Best of luck to you!

veganzombiez:   Weird!  If the - and = keys aren't changing the size of your minimap, you may need to reset your preferences.  This will reset your key bindings and everything to default, so make sure you double check it before you go into battle!   In your Start menu's search/run box, type "%appdata%" (without the quotes) and press Enter.  In the folder that comes up, double-click on the wargaming.net folder and delete the World of Tanks folder.  Restart your World of Tanks game client.   Hope this works!

veganzombiez:   I've poked the Clan Wars team and our developers to add this feature!  Thanks for your feedback!

veganzombiez:   There currently is no way to be able to play your account from one region on another region.  Fortunately, we are working on a roaming feature that will allow players using one region's account to play on another region's servers.   I don't know what the release date of this feature will be, as it's still in testing.  Hopefully it'll come soon!

veganzombiez:   Try clearing your web browser cache, or using another web browser.  There could also just be a lot of players trying to make a purchase, which would lag the server.  In this case, waiting a bit may help.   If this happens a lot, definitely submit a ticket to Support and we'll see what we can do!

pizzastorm:   We are glad that players are looking forward to the new HD models! We here at the office are excited about their introduction as well.    The reason only a few HD models are being introduced with this update is due to the sheer amount of time and work it takes our developers. These models are not just being reskinned, they are rebuilt from scratch and a lot of detail is going into them. The decision was made to release them in batches so players could enjoy what work was finished.   Rest assured, you will continue to see more HD models rolled out through out the year. In response to the fears that the game may look strange with HD models sharing battles with non HD models, all vehicles not getting the HD treatment will be getting improved textures as well. The difference between the two will not be as stark as you may believe!   Once the update is launched, we will be gathering your feedback on the changes. We would be pleased if everyone shares their thoughts with us when this occurs.    ~Happy tanking

Pigeon_of_War:   Just wanted to be clear on this issue, we actually cannot assist that much with the Test Server, since this is administered by our partners in EU. My best recommendation is a fresh install.  Hopefully you are able to get this working for you.
