The_Chieftain:   There was talk, and that's why they evaluated 17Pr. They just didn't think it was worth it when compared to the 76mm and 90mm guns coming online.

The_Chieftain:   There are a lot of empty slots right now where there used to be vehicles. There was quite a push for sales before the auction listing, to try to reduce the glut made available on auction. Plus Collings has already moved a number of the lighter vehicles offsite.  

The_Chieftain:   It is not impossible to set up a midweek tour if there are enough of you to make it worthwhile for someone to show up to give the tour.

HBFT: Maybe one advantage to a premium tank that has not been mentioned yet is that you can select the "Accelerated Crew Training" option right off the bat.  Additionally, you can move a crew into your premium vehicle and get an additional daily experience multiplier out of it.

dance210:   Yes, an IS,  IS-2 and a hellcat would be fine. Two IS tanks with a hellcat, or an IS with two hellcats would break the rules.  

dance210:   We are limiting tank models, not tank types for this tournament. So, a team could bring a T-29, an IS and an M6 heavy and be completely legal.   As a comparison for how we word this, Skirmish 19 is limiting the tank types - the restrictions state no more than 2 light, heavy, medium, etc.

dance210:     Those who do not wish to participate in a week long event are welcome to sign  up for the Bravo (weekend only) portion of the weekly Skirmish. It runs from Friday - Sunday and pays out 2,500 gold to first place. It also pays out all the way to 8th place in each group, allowing players to have a shorter tournament but make more gold than the weekend warfare.   The Bravo playoff has been happening for almost 2 months now. In addition, we have specialty tournaments that run Fri-Sun (think St. Paddy's Cup) or one day each Thurs - Sun (like the BJ Penn tournament).

pizzastorm: Thanks for taking the time to write out a useful guide!    I am heading towards this tank so it will be nice to have a reference on how to play this tank. 

pizzastorm: Thanks to the sloped armor, this tank will bounce rounds from weird angles. If you know how and where to play it then it can be a very good tank.   It has its pros and cons like every tank but I think it is just a solid all around tank, not over or under powered thanks to its preferential matchmaking.

Campagnolo:   If you're running mods, try removing them and see if you're still crashing. Whenever we release any sort of change, a lot of mods become unusable and they need to be updated.   If you're still crashing with a clean client, send in a ticket to Support with your Python, DxDiag, and Wot Launcher logs and we'll take a look!   Good luck!
