Lert: I am not convinced gnomefathers is the issue. My rig is nowhere near as powerful as OP's but I run the game at ~30 fps stable at near max settings with gnomefathers as well as XVM installed. Especially since OP says he has had this issue since the past few days.   @OP: Make sure all your drivers are up to date, make sure your Direct X is up to date, make sure you aren't infected by any viruses or trojans, close all unnecessary programs (especially any web browser running at the time) and try again.   If your WoT is still choppy, check your CPU and GPU usage while the game is running, see where the problem actually lies.

Lert: Aren't mastery badges taken over a rolling 7 days rather than a weekly cut-off? Otherwise every time it rolls over every first game in a tank that hasn't been driven yet since the cut-off would automatically be ace.

The_Chieftain: If you went through the Sherman line, obviously you have in mind eventually continuing up to T20 and onwards. Park the T29, continue on the T20. Unlock the 90mm on the T20, then go back to the T29. 

The_Chieftain:   Normal plate, best I recall. Not sure how you'd cut a plate of steel to be thinner.

The_Chieftain:   The MVTF one was precisely that. A second front plate welded directly onto the main front plate. The only 'new' part was the turret/mantlet.

dance210: OP, it's not a bug.
The tournament tools are limited. By that I mean that there are some restrictions (e.g. the nation limit this week) that we cannot pre-program. Teams are required to obey the rules whether they are programmed or not - and when they don't captains are encouraged to submit a dispute to tournaments@wargamingamerica.com. All valid disputes will be honored and the scores will be adjusted as needed.

Pigeon_of_War: You can still play the mode, but you don't get the rewards. They tanks should be removed in patch 9.6

dance210:   Not to disagree, but this is another format that was a player-suggestion and when I tested it at tier 8 seemed enjoyable for a tournament. And, to be fair, Mittengard played at Tier 10 during the last CW Mode Exhibition was a big hit from the guys that played it.   I'm sorry that you dislike this format. Of course, you are always welcome to not participate in any format that you disagree with. I would go so far as to say if you have suggestions on what you would like to see, that you mention it here.   Thank you for your feedback

If you are a player looking for a team, or a team looking for player(s), feel free to post here.   It is encouraged to say what tank(s) you have or are looking for, to make it easier to find players and teams.   There are two separate registrations. State if you are interested in registering for the entire tournament (Group Stage + playoff) or only for the weekend (Bravo Playoff only).

The_Chieftain:   They were all built with them, but it didn't take too long before end users removed them and welded up the ports.

dance210:   I would suggest waiting up to 7 days after the end of the tournament. Especially since it ended yesterday and I haven't gotten around to paying it out yet

HBFT:   Yes, and no.  The missions are to be done in order and you cannot do multiple missions in one battle.  Think of a bread-crumb trail that leads you to gold at the end of the rainbow.
