Jaguarz:  To expand on this, it was dum dums in certain tanks, most were fine but things like the 60TP made a mockery of armoured heavies it faced. I dont think they dealt with it very well but there was certainly a problem to be addressed.

Draschel: No.HE was altered and hurt for skilled players to progress.HE was altered and hurt for un-skilled players to regress. People have been shooting premium ammunition ever since the ammunition was made available for credits.There were many reasons as to why HE was changed. More problematic ones than what you think here

Draschel: Not meaning it should be worth more than damage, but the 2 should be the same? When more than 1 spots, the assistance is broken down to the number of spotters involved. Sure thing, but this really has no effect on the total assistance to exp conversion post-battle results, other than you have caused less. I am not sure the ratio between the 2, but it isn't 1:1. Speaking of which, damage gets the benefit of ability to score a 'kill' which further increases exp. Assistance damage does not, that should be added in-game. Well, I guess technically there are accumulated enemies spotted. A new assistance stat anyway:  the assist. An assist leading to an immediate kill, as in basketball/hockey/soccer Etc. Such as spotting, or tracking the enemy before they die. Can anyone confirm, does assistance against higher tiers give increased exp? I know damage does, but assistance? Another thing, immobilization due to engine destroyed should count as assistance. How isn't that changed yet.  Assistance is like arta. Its a hefty force multiplier. 1 person can always do damage, but unless they ammo rack someone or set someone ablaze, their damage factor is always 1.00. Them self, dealing damage. A player trying to net assistance though, as 1 guy represented by 1.00, can spot or track for his entire team, AKA 14 others with the possibility to chime in and deal damage. Meaning a HUGE theoretical force multiplier. Assistance clearly has potential, it wins games. Whereas damage is very commonly gathered in good positions, in already lost battles, end-game.  https://ibb.co/zN2593gIn this example, our light tank died early, so i put myself in a good spot (to spot, nice) to which I knew I could help our pigeon sniper schnitzels just sitting in the back 1-2Line. 1 tank dealing damage when opportunity presents itself + B,C,D,E,F,G,H Etc helping deal damage too, VS just me dealing damage. Thats the whole idea of map control, being a bigger factor than 1.00  in any game. Buttttttttttt Buttttttttttt SKKKIIIIIIIIIIILLLLLLLLL  I got paid dirt for it in exp, not even 1K exp. It just makes me not want or care about spotting. No one cares. Instead of 2200 combined I could have just sat uphill C1, behind 2 bush layers, fired 30x instead of 19, and deal 15 shots of dmg instead of 10. Possibly 3-4 kills? Not 1. Would the team lose, most likely. But I'd have high caliber likely, huge WN8, +net KPG. Why bother with optics. Just perk up gun handling and deal damage.  No one remembers the Adam Oates, Ron Francis. Just the Lemieuxs Gretzkys Crosbys Ovechkins. Steve Nash? Its called MJ and Lebron and Kobe.  I hate panzer IV schmulturm. Buff it already. It deserves Ankou 440 engine, and what is with the horrendous engine module HP. Destroyed immediately if hit LFP. So people have to sacrifice a slot to run ridiculous mod configuration. A ridiculous T67 TD has like double engine HP over panzer IV. AC4 has the same problem.

Jaguarz: I think they wasted a ton of money on the craptastic, career ender Steel Hunter mode so cuts are being made everywhere else.

churchill50: The Obj 703 II definitely is I would say. It's an incredibly strong tank. Easily among the best tier 8 premiums. The VK on the other hand, is at the opposite end of the spectrum. Easily one of the worst tier 8 prems. Definitely not worth picking up.If you need a German heavy crew trainer, the E75 TS is your best option.

churchill50:  I second this. The Bisonte can be annoying to play because the gun is a bit derpy + low DPM. But other than that, it's a solid tank. Okay mobility, good turret armor and gun depression, decent pen, decent alpha/clip potential. The VK75 on the other hand... only has alpha. The gun is horrendously derpy and the DPM is tragic, mobility is mediocre, and the armor isn't great due to how easy it is to pen the turret.

Draschel: T44  standard ammunition should be 247 APCR. You can use the 190 in FL and SH where you can guarantee no 9s and 10s, no complaints then. T44 only minor discernable weakness, are the mediocre view range, no radioman, low medium tank HP. To which panther does alot better. But these are minor things. A medium tank don't need to concern itself most of the time, spending HP. And view range deficit more than made for with camo. 

Draschel: The clans that do are very xenophobic and typically close the detachment from public view. While activity can be done by playing, actively, it generally isn't active now is it, to the bystander clicking 'show detachment list' and its empty

Draschel: Tier 6 isn't active anymore. No one plays it.Reducing the requirements on T8s allow the very few T6 teams to more easily fill and field newly tier 8s.

churchill50:  T-62A is a collectors tank, so it costs the same to buy and sell as other tier 10's.

KRZYBooP: Howdy Boom Jockeys! As it states above, who is in your Platoon? Family, Friends? Random Players from the discord channel?  When I play I always try to stick with a platoon to help with my survival. Am I playing tanks correctly?

Jaguarz: A south American friend was grinding out a german medium crew a couple of days ago and I was platooning with him, came across a OTTER platoon in the PZ V/IV, kinda odd to see them a) at these tiers and b) on the SA server but I guess we dont see them much these days anyway but I digress, both of them had 1000s of games in the PZ V/IV and it was the most played tank on both accounts. To each their own I guess, the person the OP is referencing seems like a better than average player across the board but just wants to be king of a small bot filled pond.

First replay you can skip to the end after I relocated to help the WZ. He never tried to help until it was too late and he his a 53% wr. The second replay I asked for the BC-25 to help me take out the charlemagne. Yes I got salty by spamming him with HE rounds but he never tried anyawy until I got destroyed. I decided to move in anyway because I have no patience for selfish passive play. churchill50: I'd probably skip the T25 Pilot. It's not a good tank. Just a different flavor of Pershing.When it was first released it was decent, but that was years ago. A lot of powercreep has happened since then.

churchill50: The T-22 is being sold for 25k bonds, so unless you can grind 6k out super quickly, I doubt you'll be able to get it. Concept is a much better choice anyways. The T-22 is decent, but nothing more. Meanwhile, the Concept is one of, if not the, best tier 9s.

churchill50: I've had some success playing the KV-2® recently (since the HE changes).Take a mix of AP and HE, make sure you have Intuition trained fully on both Loaders, and know which tanks you can pen with each ammo type. It is kind of rough bottom tier, where your HE isn't doing very much damage and you can't pen too many tanks with AP. But other than that the tank is still perfectly workable.
