dance210: All active tournaments can be found by searching the Tournaments Home Page. Interested in what we having coming up? Check out the eSports calendar!  A player has two ways to register for the Platournaments! When you create the team, make sure that you are using the correct registration!Register as a Team! Registration works the same as normal. Team captain makes a team and recruits players to join. A complete team has 3 - 4 players. Captains do not need to submit their team; all teams with the minimum number of players will be accepted. The team is now ready to fight once the tournament starts! Register as a Solo player or as part of a Party! A party is a group of players that does not meet the minimum team size requirements. Create a team. Teams do not need to be confirmed; all players will be accepted for the Solo/Party Registration. Once registration has closed, the player will be combined with other solo player(s) and/or a party to form a complete team After registration has closed, players are encouraged to check back to find their new team!  So how do you register as a solo player? It's easy! When you create a team, there will be Registration Option with a drop down menu. Simply switch from Register Team to Register Solo and you are ready to go!

GhostPrime:   I am an Admin of these forums, and I work on the World of Tanks core team here in NA. As of right now the turret direction indicator is in fact Prohibited.  That said, the topic of Mods in general is currently under review. If anything changes I will make an announcement to that effect. 

GhostPrime: Its awesome for sure! I'm moving this thread to off topic due to it being a WoWs discussion. Feel free to carry on the topic there. 

The_Chieftain: I'm sortof trying to work out new things like ammenities, city-state envoys and even combat bonuses. The older civopaedias used to be able to click on things to further search, this one isn't user-friendly at all.

The_Chieftain: Umm... Guys? Battle tiers and tank tiers are not the same. Battle tiers currently go up to 11, we used to have a 12 until 8.11.

GhostPrime: Hello all,   If you have questions on what mods are and are not prohibited, please feel free to ask me and I'll clarify. Our policy on prohibited mods was posted in the gameplay discussions section back in June.  http://forum.worldoftanks.com/index.php?/topic/501557-policy-on-prohibited-modifications/ If any policies change, I will make an announcement so everyone is aware.     In regards to the turret direction indicator, it is prohibited on the NA server. It is listed in the post linked above.

The_Chieftain:   If I recall my Applied Maths correctly, it's the effective counter-force to centripetal. So if I'm swinging a bucket of water over my shoulder, the centripetal force going outwards is what's applying tension to the rope, wheras the base of the bucket is applying centrifugal force to the water to keep it in place. Or, in terms of the above, the centripetal force outwards of the HE filler exceeded the ability of the shell wall to supply the necessary countering centrifugal force.

Saffr0n:   No, time limited vehicle rentals are available for use for a specified time after completing the mission to earn them. They are not lease to own vehicles. The purchase box is grayed out because they aren't available for purchase after the rental period ends.

The_Chieftain: I was having a chat with Yoott (our E-sports guru) about that last week, actually. Apparently artillery is starting to make a comeback in competetive play given the results of their tweaking of the rules. A development of which I approve. In our internal tourneys, I was always the only team captain to bring an arty along, annoyed the heck out of folks.
